Great taste and Very effective!
Great taste and Very effective! My Doctor recommended I take this type of b-complex: Methylated B vitamins that dissolve under the tongue to go right into the bloodstream. I found these and took a chance on them. NIGHT AND DAY difference in improved energy levels, in spite of my chronic illnesses. If your Doctor says you need B Vitamins, or you take medicines that block B Vitamin absorption (ask a medical professional) then these are for you! The flavor is strawberry-cream ish, and I am very picky but I quite enjoy these. I take mine after breakfast and I don't have any side effects so far. I love them!

A good product
They do taste like strawberry initially but that goes away pretty quick. It took me a few tablets before I got used to the taste, but it is tolerable. My doctor recommended these. I will go back in 3 months to find out if they have increased my b12. I will purchase again especially if they boost my b12 level.

No pill swallowing needed

Works great and melts but be warned extremely strong strawberry flavor. Like you want to feel like you got punched in the mouth by the rocky balberry of strawberries this will do it.
