Used it for a custom 3-D printed RC car project, and one for my Traxxas slash 4x4 VXL.

Worth but need TLC
I do buy these rather then just replacing my spur gear however one you take a new one out of the package tighten the spring before the first rip, also take it back out after the first rip and repeat the tightening of the spring one more. It for some reason like to come loose. After that they are just fine.

My slash 4x4 flys and has better hook up in rough stuff
upgraded the plastic bushing to the ball bearing adapter in blue annodized alum. along with this complete set, I have a complete new clutch ready to go as a back up. I aslo upgraded the aluminum slipper pads from the HD REVO kit. My slash 4x4 flys and has better hook up in rough stuff.

Make sure tension on tension nut is in spec.
Received item in perfect condition. Traxxas product! excellent! Word of caution make sure tension nut is set correctly. Easy to do... run nut down firm and snug NOT over tight. Once snug back off one full turn. All set!
