Starting about 6 or 8 weeks ago, I started waking up every night (or morning) at exactly around the same time (between 2 & 3 am) and would be unable to fall back asleep. I was wide awake! I gave up coffee and still was having issues. I tried staying up until 12:30 one night and still woke up bright eyed at 3 am. So being the Google geek I am, I searched Google for reasons for this and found a Chinese chart showing parts of the body and how it affected sleep and the body when it wasn't functioning properly. The time I was waking up was indicated as the liver being the culprit. The more I read and searched for clarity, the more I realized I needed a liver cleansing. I had my gallbladder removed in 2012 and since then my overall health has deteriorated. This for me was confirmation #1. The gb & liver work hand in hand so of course if my gb is gone, my liver would become over worked. I gained an astronomical amount of weight around my abdominal area and am having a difficult time losing the weight. This was confirmation #2. I also started having issues digesting products that contained animal milk (and I LOVE yogurt and cheesecake so this was annoying) and was feeling lethargic all of the time. This was my final confirmation so I came to amazon (since I am a Prime member, Amazon is the first place I search for all products) to see what options they had and this product was one of the first to show. After reading the reviews and doing a Google review search (I told you I was a Google geek), I decided that Dr. Tobias liver cleanse was the best option for me. The product came within the 2 day time frame and I started taking it that very night. It has been about 2 or so weeks and I honestly can't say that I have lost any weight like some of the other commenters have, but on another note..... I started experiencing swelling in 1 of my lower legs a few years ago. At times to the point of pain. I've seen podiatrist and medical DR's who all say they don't see anything wrong and I may just need to elevate my feet. But I knew it was wrong info because it was only happening on 1 side. Well pleasantly to my surprise, since I have been taking this live cleanse I have not had any swelling! None at all! For this alone, I plan on continuing using this product for as long as I need it. Also, I am happy to say that for the last 4 nights, I have slept through the night and even through my alarm 😋. Not good for my stress levels in the morning, but loving the sleep! Words of advice: The first week on this cleanse I was always thirsty so keep water near by when taking. My thirst has leveled out now, but I still drink water a lot. I guess out of habit or fear of feeling dehydrated. Hope This helps someone! Happy cleansing! This product works. It works differently for all, but if there is something going on with you and you can trace It back to a possible liver issue, you can't go wrong for trying this out.

Been taking this as recommended for 2 weeks now. No side effects, so that's good. In 2 weeks we get more blood work done to see if there is positive results for the liver. Will update again. But for now, no side effects and feeling pretty good and hopeful. Update...liver numbers went down! We have ordered another bottle to prepare the body for the next blood work. Update #2. Just ordered another bottle for some upcoming blood work. It worked the last time, I can only hope it'll do wonders again. Update #3. Another year, another annual physical. The liver numbers are actually in the "normal" level after taking this for 30 days before blood work. Not that I want to "trick" the Dr. But that proof is in the bloodwork. Somehow, it just seems to "fix" bad liver numbers. I have to imagine that my system is feeling the effects of the positive numbers. I feel good and no side effects. So, bottom line. I order it prior to my bloodwork and my Dr. is happy with my results, which makes me happy.

Just ending my first week and I definitely don’t feel any adverse side effects, but the jury is still out on anything else positive. I tried the colon cleanse and it was way too severe for me, so I was a bit leery of the liver cleanse. As part of my plan to eat cleaner, lose some weight, get back into exercising and sleeping better, this was one step. So far, so good! It’s hard to say if the weight loss thus far and a few less aches and pains are a direct result of the liver cleanse or a combination of healthy changes. Will update at the end of the 21 days.

I'm very sceptical of product's were people say stuff like "this changed my life" I have tried many things like this over the years because I have hepatitis C. for those who dont know that is a liver disease. But when I came across this product and read the reviews, it really peaked my interest. I thought why not just try it. Worse case scenario, I have to eat the 20 bucks I spent. So I bought it and tried it and for the first week or 2 I didnt really feel any different. I was starting to think it was just another empty promises product. then I started noticing my depression getting better and then my anxiety was doing better as well. Two things I've been battling my whole life. It was wierd cuz that's not even what this vitamin is for. I asked my doctor about it and he told me that your liver is more than just a filter. a healing liver can help with many things, like better sleep, more energy, better mood and if you take any anti depressants like I do, this product helps your liver wich in turn helps your body process your medications to work at their full potential. So I did the 21 days. it says you can also keep taking it as an every day liver vitamin. I have kept with it for almost a year and it really has helped me. Everyones body works differently. Somthing that helps a person will not necessarily help another. Though with the success stories I've read and my own personal success story. Its definitely worth a try.

I’ve been taking this for a week and haven’t noticed any changes. Maybe pain relief but nothing else so far

I was diagnosed with NAFLD and while it is usually asymptomatic there are times when I will start to get side pains. Sometimes these will last less than a day but other times they have lasted weeks. They're not usually super severe and I have been to see my doctor about it and was basically told that the condition can cause these problems as long as it's present. Now I will say right away that this is not a cure and the only real way to improve NAFLD is to shift your diet and lose weight but, as we all know, that can be a challenge and it doesn't happen over night. With that said, I have found that this supplement does seem to have an impact on easing the flare ups when they occur as I continue to try to address the underlying problem. Now I am not a supplement junkie and I generally approach things like this with a great deal of caution and skepticism but at this point I definitely believe that this does help handle the symptoms. I will reiterate again however that this is only helping to treat the symptoms but it will not fix the problem of NAFLD itself. In the end if you really want to deal with NAFLD that is up to you but I firmly believe that these supplements do at least help in the short term in dealing with the impact. I will say there are two downsides that I encountered. The first is that when it says to take it with food this is definitely recommended as I found taking it on an empty stomach left me feeling somewhat nauseous every time. The other thing is just the flavor in that the moment you pop it in your mouth it tastes like you just dropped some old grass clippings in there so have your drink ready to wash it down quickly because it's not pleasant. So, if you're like me and have NAFLD that occasionally causes side pain then it wouldn't be the worst idea to give these a shot. They're not going to solve it immediately but in my case after a day or two of taking it as recommended my symptoms have always eased. Now, I know I've already said it but I'll say it again, this will not cure NAFLD but merely help ease symptoms and it is highly recommended, as I'm sure your doctor advised, that you shift your diet and lose weight to help reverse the disease itself.

I took this lightly, as if I wouldn't notice anything. I wish I had prepared mentally for the real results. For the first week, I felt GREAT. My body was really enjoying the cleanse. Definitely more energy than usual. I'm in the 2nd week now, and I've suddenly done the research I should have done before starting. I'm having flu-like symptoms (just overall body fatigue and headache, no real flu, no fever, no congestion). It's called a "Herxheimer reaction" or a "Healing crisis." Basically, you feel like crap because the cleanse is stirring up years of "crap" stored in your liver (including viruses). I saw my Dr. He's not worried. I'm not sick. I'm tempted to stop the cleanse and get back to daily productivity...but the results show it's working. I will do more research and keep my fluids up. For now, gotta sleep. Please be prepared with lots of fluids and a gentle spirit...and read about the Herxheimer reaction before you begin, just to be mentally ready. Time your cleanse when you're free to pamper yourself a bit.

I give this product 5 Stars because up to this point I have no reason to give it any less. I don't think it's possible for anyone to be able to evaluate a supplement like this after just 1 month of use so I can't say whether "it" has had any positive effects on my liver or not. I am currently 8 weeks into a medically supervised liquid fasting diet through Kaiser and submit to Blood Tests every 2 weeks for the purpose of the medical supervision. Before beginning the diet there were some test results indicating some "questionable" issues with my liver. I bought this product and began taking it for the past month. My most recent results showed my liver to be perfect as far as the blood indicators are concerned. I can't say that improvement is due to the diet itself or this product at this point but nonetheless there has been improvement! The product contains several ingredients that are said by many sources to have a healthy effect on the liver which is why I purchased it, so give me at least 2 more months and I will update my review. I initially purchased only 1 bottle and a few days ago received 2 more bottles that I ordered on Amazon. I just now took advantage of the offer for a Free Bottle so once I receive that free bottle I will have enough to complete a full 4 month course of this liver supplement. At that time I will make the decision as to whether or not I will continue taking the product continually.
