This product is fantastic ! Easy to take, easy to absorb. Works fast ! Gives you clarity, strength and the will to go. No upset stomach, but higher energy. Vit C is a added bonus. This is going to be a standard order.

I’m very satisfied with this product. It actually does what it says and I have been using it for years now. At my age, 78 years old, I have the energy and stamina of a much younger woman with no joint or arthritic pains. I won’t stop taking this Vitamin.

It took a while to arrive. The product was fine when it arrived and it is a good product. I take it to balance my thyroid and hormones after age 60.

I've taken vitamin B for a long time, but didn't like taking an extra pill to get C. When I saw this had an adequate combination of all the ones I take, I was pleased to see it all in one capsule. It is slightly larger than what I was taking, but with all the extras in one, I save money! While it has a slight odor, it's much less than an ordinary B, but I still highly recommend this brand. I was hesitant about buying due to the influx of reviews about bad smells, causing burping and etc. I experienced no such side effects. However be mindful not to take other supplements with high levels of b vitamins. I'm a very active male and currently overweight and these worked perfectly for not just morning energy but stable energy through the day. Any coloration to urine they may cause is normal for excess vitamin consumption. Be sure to drink adequate amounts of water, get adequate amounts of other vitamins and minerals, namely A-E-D3-K2, Magnesium, Potassium, Sodium, Calcium, Zinc, and eat healthy in general. This is a perfect addition to any diet that wants to round out their nutrition on a budget.

Recently noticed that calcium folinate has been replaced with folic acid. This is not what I purchased this for, and I will not be purchasing again.

This is my third order of this supplement. I am the worst at talking oral medicine and supplements but the high energy and health benefit has kept me on a daily regiment for months. It is effective and easy to swallow.

I bought these for my mum. She saw them recommended on some YouTube channel and made me get them for her. Amusingly if a doctor tells her to do something she’s far less likely to comply.
