The purchased the jacket for my husband for his birthday, the description said it was true to size, so I purchased a size medium, which is too small for him. How do I return this item to get one that is in the size large and you know that's a concern of Vanessa you're getting choked up there

It could hold up to just a little more cold and the size is a little smaller than ideal.

Bad Quality
After washing one time (By itself) it shrunk A LOT and got wrinkles that do not come out. By then, it had been pass the 30 day allowed to return so I'm stuck with it.
