Great for IC patients. I have suffered on and off for 20 years. I have been diagnosed with every female problem know to man before this disease had a name. Back then they had me on cranberry juice and didn't know diet can effect it. The 6 female or urinary specialist I went to all threw there hands up said they didn't know, it was in my head or told me I had Urinary syndrome AKA we don't know! I finally got diagnosed 12 years ago by a new doctor that moved to town. He knew exactly what I had and to confirm did a exploratory and stretched my bladder as well. His finding were worst than expected. I was one of the 8% that developed hunners ulcers. The worst case he had ever seen in his 20 years in business. I was horrified and felt there was no hope. I went on strict IC diet and was put on elmiron which caused severe nausea but back then they didn't know side effects of elimiron. I was in so much pain I assumed the doc was correct that it was just my endometriosis causing everything. I went through process of a total hysterectomy (which I felt I was a genie pig) at the expert advice of this doctor. I now believe the nausea was side effects of the elmiron......I trusted him and did the surgery out of desperation. I was told it would help and I would have a normal life, I seen this as hope because I was vomiting every morning from the pain and urinating 60'times a day. He was mistaken and I had horrible debilitating pain of IC along with all the terrible side effects of surgically induced menopause. They don't tell you what happens after just that you will feel better. In and out of ER with thick bloody urine. Never once given pain medication because if you can't see it then Your treated like your crazy. I did the bladder instillations with lidocaine which helped but again there are side effects. Long term installations are dangerous on bladder and I started leaking urine which is a horrible embarrassment for any woman let alone a 35 year old. Doctors never tell you long term effects! ( Arctic Angelica did stop this ailment which I started taking this year) I finally found a IC support group which gave me hope. I tested suggestions from forums I got on the IC network... Things I've tried below that seem to work. marshmallow root- for pain + Cystoprotek -to regrow bladder + Artic Angelica- improved bladder strength (lessens urgency and frequency, heals incontinents )+ Quercetin and bromeline -for inflammation speed up healing + Benadryl- to control mast cells to reduce inflammation + Diet- no food that turns acidic in body some you think is low acid accually turns acidic through digestion. Baking soda- quick relief emergency Prelief- helps take acid out of food for more food options Azo- severe pain emergency or for traveling Heating pad for bladder pressure days- ( which really helps!) Pillow for car travel ( cars bumping can be very unnerving) I feel 100 times better and have a life. I put + on the most helpful for me. I use to urinate 50-60 times a day. I only urinate 15 times a day now and just have slight pressure. I use to get up 6-7 times a night now I only get up once. I work part time now and see hope. I am sharing my story to comfort and help other women that have went through this. I am blessed to have faith and family support. There is hope..... some things work for some and not others but this product seems to work for most!

Got this as a recommendation from my elderly mom’s urologist for incontinence. Amazingly it works pretty good. Never new it was available and so easy to get.
