Is it the same as the black matt?

This is PRO mat. All the PRO’s are the same. Only the color is different.

Is this mat cold to the touch? I want to use for yoga / yoga nidra and lying meditation so want a warm surface to lie on.

Well its cold when you first lie on it like any mat but warms when in contact with your body. It's a great mat and I'd definitely recommend it.

Description of the mat says - Nontoxic, 100% latex free, and has an emissions-free manufacturing process. I dont feel any smell . It is great mat, the only thing it is heavy because of thickness
