The wood around the stopper that gets inserted into the wine bottle on my decanter broke rending it useless. Who do I get a replacement?

I had a similar problem, however , I could not find a source for the "cap". I made one myself. If you can't do that, the wood "Cap" is only decorative and not a critical part of the device -- so don't worry. You say that it did make the unit "useless"; has there been a failure of the "rubber" stopper portion of the device too? A stopper that will work on the device can be found at most wine-making or beer-making supply stores.
