These are the best and we’ve been using them for years. Absolutely do bring the triglyceride levels down!! Really appreciate this last delivery as the driver placed the package behind a column on the front porch so it was not visible from the road.

Easy to swallow, but I prefer the less smelly kind!
This is the first time I've tried omega 3s that aren't "burpless" or low-scent. I didn't think I'd notice a difference, but I do. The smell is pretty gross, especially for something that doesn't need to be refrigerated. This is not the fault of the manufacturer--this is what fish oil is supposed to smell like. Still, I can be pretty lazy about taking fish oil supplements, and having pills that smell this bad doesn't make it any more enticing. These also make my pill organizer smell gross. But as far as I can tell, the quality is great. The pills are easy to swallow, despite not tasting or smelling good.

Doesn’t taste like fish!
Still early too tell if anything has changed as far as beauty or health, but I don’t taste fish so that earns 5 stars alone lol. I always make sure my dogs get their omega-3’s so I decide to start taking my own
