I was hesitant to purchase this soap dispenser not sure it would match well enough with my previous one that had stopped pumping after several years, and it was priced a little higher than many of the others. However it is great, a perfect match to my faucet. It seems very well made and has a very smooth mechanism when pumping the soap. Very sturdy when installed and no wiggle or looseness when using the pump. I am happy with the purchase and highly recommend this brand. If you need a replacement for your soap dispenser, this is a good one!

Better quality than the less expensive no-name one I tried first, which had to return as thread stripped. This one is better made, but haven't used long enough to see how it holds up.

First impressions were: Nice looking soap pump, worked ok, had to pump a few times to get soap to come out, but not bad. However, I went to wash my hands today and pumped about 10 times, with no soap coming out. Started filling it up, but ran out of soap in my refill bottle. Put the pump back in, figuring I'd wash my hands and then go find another bottle. Still nothing coming out. So I looked under the sink to take the bottle off and fill it that way and maybe test the pump where I could see what was happening in the bottle. But the bottle wasn't there. It was (luckily) standing upright in the back of the cupboard, with the threaded part sheared right off. Mindblowing how poorly made the bottle is. Guess I'll have to see if I can find another bottle that fits, or buy a whole new pump from another company and hope it's better.

Most of these things don't work but I had gotten one of this brand that worked flawlessly, still working till this day, years later. In my new house, I would only consider this brand and paid more for it to be sure I was getting a quality item that would work. I'm VERY disappointed in this. It doesn't have the strength to pump much soap, it gets stuck, and it drips, just about anything that can go wrong with these things, is wrong with this thing. I got burned. I will replace it eventually but I'm not going to look for this brand again. Clearly their quality is hit or miss at best.

Love the look of this soap dispenser, however after dispensing soap, it continues to leak into the sink long after use. This is enough of an annoyance, that I may end up returning.

Looks good but is very cheaply made for the price.

No lo voy a poder usar, ya que llegó incompleto. Faltó la parte "d" que es la tuerca que aprieta el dispensador.
