Indian gooseberry or Amla fruit as we call it in India is a storehouse of health wealth. My grandparents used to eat it in the morning on an empty stomach and all of them passed away in their late eighties in very good shape. I take it almost every night. I have low platelets. Usually the platelet count is like a roller coaster. Taking these have helped to stabilize the count, which is a lot cheaper then medicine! There's really no taste to them. They are easy to take as they are not in a big form. I'd highly recommend to anyone who has low platelets.
