Bulky & Frustrating
This case is very bulky compared to the one my husband bought off Amazon recently. I DO NOT recommend this case. Every time I plug my phone into one of my many chargers (home, office, car) the case will charge, but my phone will not. Super frustrating to plug your phone in for hours, only to realize it wasn’t charging the whole time. Defeats the purpose of the battery pack case.

Didn’t work for me
It would not charge my phone and When the button was in the case it wouldn’t do anything I can get it to work so every time I needed to use it and take it out of the case so I just sent it back.

Big disappointment
Phone does not charge without taking the phone out of the case. The case if "off" just a little bit making the connectivity difficult without a lot off wiggling.

The battery life on my iPhone has been at least doubled with this battery case!
There's nothing NOT to like about this battery case. It has extended the life of my iPhone's battery substantially. I don't have to be concerned about it dying all the time like I would be without this battery case.

Every time I order phone cases they are in the wrong size!!
Dislike that it is the wrong size phone case even tho I made sure to order an 8+ case they sent me a 6+. As you can guess my child is not happy that her phone case doesn’t fit.... this happens every time I order cases for her or my phone
