This is a great product!
I had an automobile oil stain that was 13 years in the making, the same car with the same drips every day for the duration. I had tried a couple of other methods to get it up with no success. My research led me to this, so I gave it a try. It took the whole gallon, I wanted to make sure it was thick enough and completely covered the spot. About the time it became fully dry, we started getting rain, off and on for days. I looked at it today and the rain was dissolving it and I thought for sure it was ruined and I’d have to do it all over, but I got my pressure washer out and went over it and it looks great! I can’t believe how good it looks. If you didn’t know there had been a big spot there, you’d never notice a thing. I’m amazed at what a good job it did, even with it getting wet like it did. It left all kinds of little white crumblies that I’ll need to sweep it up when it stops raining and dries up. I can highly recommend this product. For those who said it didn’t work, I can’t imagine what they did wrong or what they were trying to get up. I figured after 13 years of soaking in that nothing would get it up, but this did!

Works ! Must have
This is a product that I had not used before - So I purchased it for testing -- I own and operate a Landscape construction and maintenance Corp -- We do hard-scapes - Pavers - Concrete Etc -- Prosoco is a great company with really effective products - been using Vanatrol for years ! This Works ! -- Not on everything though - Oils - No problem ! A couple of stains it did not remove - But they were old and set in - So , the resent type stains it did an amazing job -- I believe its going to make me a hero soon ! Getting stains off of patios and driveways are one of our specialties -- I'm going to make money with this ! If you do not have Vana-Trol by Prosoco as well -- Do yourself a favor -- Get it !!!! Rust stains ? Wash em right off ! Im not joking here -- All those Glaze-n-Seal Products Etc. are junk -- They actually do more damage due to the Phosphoric acid base -- Thanks !

Remoed chainsaw oil from Bluestone and even very old oil stains
IT DOES WORK on porous stone. Expensive - yes but so is a Bluestone patio. Had a tree removed and the saw left a bunch of oil stains all over one section of the patio. It looked pretty nasty and I tried ammonia and soap (dawn) - no results. Pressure washer on low - nothing. Tried a "liquid" poulstice - which did nothing. This worked perfectly and in high temps worked within about 8 hours. You don't have to use much just enough to cover the stain. Be patient and let it dry to the point of cracking. Scrape it off and vacuum - do not wash until the chips are gone - they hold the oil or stain. One or two treatments depending on the stain. It removed even a couple of year old cooking stain with two treatments. The only thing you do have to do is pressure wash the area after removal of the crust. It will look like white "stains" but once its washed the stone looks like new. This brand does have amazing pro level products. Used them before to remove a over applied sealer to my Absolute Black tops which looked etched which was the sealer 511 Impregnator being etched. You shouldn't seal ab black - its extremely tough without a sealer. Prosecco makes a sealer remover which is normally removed by chemical stripper. I have marble next to the ab black and that would ruin it. Expensive - 200 per bottle but it worked without damage.

Did not work
Product was easy to use. My car fluid stain was large and the one gallon container only covered about 2/3 of it. Left it on 24 hours, with good weather conditions, and it made minimal to no change to the stain.

One stain for another.
On the bright side, it definitely got the oil up and I no longer have dark stains on the light colored concrete. Unfortunately, I now have white stains on the concrete. I live in a desert climate so we do not get much rain. I’m hoping the next time a good rain comes through. It will wash those spots down a little bit but right now they are just as visible as the oil. That was unexpected.

Woah, this thing is amazing
I can't believe how effectively this works. I have an older vehicle that likes to leave dribbles of oil on my paver driveway. I was quite worried that I wouldn't be able to get them out of the driveway, which we had out in a year ago at a very expensive cost. I applied per the instructions and washed it away with a pressure washer a few days later and no oil stained was left to be seen. I used a spoon as one other reviewer had mentioned since I was dealing with minor drips not a large spill. In other areas where the oil stains was smeared because of the wheels running through fresh oil, I used a paintbrush to smear the prosoco over the stain. That worked out well too. I also tried it on pollen stains from my oaks, but unfortunately it does not work for that. I don't hold that against the product because it wasn't advertised for that, I was just hoping it would work. Overall, I am very happy with the results and I have much better peace of mind knowing that I have a solution in hand for the pesky oil stains that will continue to come up.

Used on granite countertops
Only thing I’ve found that helped get some of the grease stains out of my countertops. Easy to use.
