4pcs 1/4" Shank Top Bearing Flush Trim Router Bits Set Cutting Diameter 1/4" 5/16" 3/8" 1/2"

I bought these as I was trimming some veneer and the bearings on my smaller Trend and Axminster bits had failed. I didn't expect much for the price, but these are way better than I expected. The shanks fit perfectly in a 1/4" collet, They appear to be perfectly balanced and they are nice and sharp leaving a clean cut. Unlike some cheaper bits the bearings are actually properly sized to the cutter, so they don't leave ridges behind in your workpiece. Fantastic value for excellent bits.

They are decent for the money but I'd not like to use them on hard wood. Also one of the bearing caps have come off showing the ball bearing inside but that may have been user error as I got kickback from being carless.

Work well, bearings are straight in line with the shaft unlike some cheapies. For trimming these are ideal. I wouldn't go trying to take too much off. But if you don't know that you probably shouldn't be using a router

Used these for a while now and they do the job. I mainly use them to trim hardwood lipping flush with doors. These are the second set I have bought in the last 3 years. Bare in mind I don't use them every day maybe a few times a week. But for the price I think they are definitely worth it. If you are planning on using them multiple times a day you might wanna go for a better brand like trend.

Be aware, these will not fit a handheld Makita trim router eg RT001 and DRT50, even though the Makita routers feature a 1/4-inch collet. The shank of these bits is exactly 6.35mm, which yes IS quarter-inch. But I've found that all my other 1/4-inch router bits actually have a shank that measures 6.32mm, and that extra 3 hundredths of a mm mean that these bits are too tight to fit in the router. If you have a different make of router I imagine you'll be ok, but I use my 40v handheld Makita a lot, so I had to return these bits.
