Bob's teff is high quality. Teff is extremely good for you and tastes amazing with mixed berries.

Same excellent quality that I have come to expect from this brand. The flour is a fine texture, while the price is a little high, in my opinion, but still worth it. I use it in a flour mix to make gluten free bread. I can recommend this flour without reservations.

I’ve had this grain several times now for breakfast. it is tasty, incredibly filling and handy. I make enough poridge for 8 servings so it lasts me for the week. Helps in weight loss as well.

Good but very small grains.
The flavor is good but the grains are very small. It says to rinse them but you cannot do that in a regular strainer. I had to line the strainer with cheese cloth.

Highly Nutritious and Tasty Tiny Whole Grain
Teff is one of the most nutritious whole grains you can eat. It's high in protein, fiber, iron, magnesium, manganese and zinc, and it's gluten-free I make mine into a porridge for morning breakfast. Because they're such tiny seeds, you do have to be careful when cooking them. To make sure they don't burn at the bottom of the cooking pot, add enough water, stir often, and heat on low for abot 10 minutes.
