Worst Product
I am writing this review after using the product for more than a month. I would have returned it right in the beginning itself but I made a mistake that by the time I started using it, the return period was completed. This Borosil flask is useless. It's a false product. It never keeps the tea or coffee hot even for 2 hours. With my personal experience, I suggest everyone not to purchase this product at any cost. I suggest not to take it for free of cost as well as it does not fulfill the reason it is made for. Overall it is a worst product.

Looks nice but not free flow
Kettle looks lovely and elegant but after few (4)months.. it stopped free flowing due to that it starts leaking tried cleaning but no help...

There's a flaw in the flask!
I like everything about it but it has one major flaw. After you fill it with hot liquid and shut it, when you go to pour the hot beverage, the liquid does not flow out. You've got to unscrew the lid slightly, release the air, only then will the liquid pour.
