This is the second Maclocks MMEN76 Mac Mini Security Mount I have bought through Amazon. The first was for my M1 Mac mini bought in November 2020. This latest one was for my wife's new M1 Mac mini. The enclosure looks good, a very close colour match to the new M1 Mac mini, and a perfect fit. There are several holes in the base of the enclosure, allowing a very secure fastening to ones desk. Once the Mac mini is slid in from the rear, the mounting screws into the deck are hidden. Easy access is available to the ports on the rear of the Mac mini and the removable lock is easy to use. I feel this allows the Mac mini to be secure in terms of theft. And, I like the look of it!

Fits Mac Mini (M1 and Intels ones) very well. Doesn’t block the connections in the back.

Made of sturdy metal and has a hole for a Kensington lock on the left and on the right. Has pads to protect the Mac mini surface and fits 2018 and 2014 models well.

The included lock looks too weak where it connects to the bracket. It looks like it would be easy to apply sufficient pressure to the lock which would bend and break the connector. I didn't test it because that would have required trying to break it. However, it is a major visual deterrent with the apparent weak point being out of sight once installed so that ought be enough to deter any would-be thief.

I ordered this item because the description makes it sound as if the peripheral cable security trap is included, but is not. Totally deceptive and not worth it in my opinion. I am returning the item immediately!

Produit de grande qualité , l'acier est très robuste. Très simple à monter. La compatibilité au système Vesa est un vrai plus : personnellement j'ai monté le maclocks derrière mon écran 27 pouces , du coup adieu les fils qui trainent !!

Funciona perfectamente. Encaja muy bien. Yo lo tengo atornillado DEBAJO de la mesa y así no se ve nada de nada, quedando todo libre de cables con un regletero de IKEA.

Buen producto y compatible con la Mac mini 2010- 2018. Hay que tener cuidado con su acabado en ciertas partes por están rasposas sugiero limarlas para no rayar la mac. El único problema es su candado Que no es como lo anuncian viene incompleto y no es funcional.
