Great for our nanny
This has been a great tool for use with our nanny. She is able to keep track of what they do all day; which helps me feel more connected and "in the loop." It's also nice on the days I am here in the morning and she comes in the afternoon; I just jot down what we've been doing so she doesn't have to call me with questions (like when did he eat last; did you give any tylenol today; etc). Easy to use format with some flexibility; we also use it as our nanny's time card.

Great for Nannies to communicate and be accountable
I loved the daily activity sheets that my son's former daycare filled out for us to help communicate with us. I searched for something similar when we switched childcare providers and this journal was exactly what I was looking for. It's great for keeping track of not only activities that occurred earlier in the day, but to also look back at various eat/sleep/bathroom trends occurring during certain periods. I will definitely be buying another one once ours is completed! Update: We’re on our second child, second nanny, and it’s almost time to purchase a 3rd one of these journals. The one additional point I want to make is that these journals add some accountability to the nanny’s daily activities. Even if we don’t read it every day, the nanny feels like she needs to maintain a schedule and do at least one meaningful activity because she has to write it down. That’s probably the best part of this daily journal.

Useful for daily schedule tracking
This is a great book. I bought it for our nanny to use. We used to use single sheet print-outs for our first kid. But this time around, this book keeps it all nice and compact, in one place. it has columns for feeding, diaper changes, comments, baby needs. Serves the purpose and you can track you baby's daily progress.

Best for Tracking!
The Baby Tracker brand books are the absolute best of the trackers that are available. You can track naps, feedings, diaper changes, activities, and notes. They're easy to use and have a nice clean layout. I started using the Newborn Baby Tracker, which tracks nights and days. It gave me a nice way to track feedings and note important milestones. Once I used up the entire book, I bought this Baby Tracker, which tracks only days since my daughter is sleeping during the night now. Her caregiver notes her activities and sleeping times during the day. It's a great way for me to know what happened. Plus, it's nice to be able to look back and see patterns or trends.

A must with daycare, dad and myself all watching baby!
My baby's time is split up between a home daycare, my husband, and myself. It is hard for all of us to keep track of when baby last ate, peed, pooped, slept, etc, etc UNTIL NOW! This book has solved all of that. At the end of the day I can very easily see how my daughter's day went and I can look over the days past to see if there is any concern. Or when she is sick I can keep track of how she's doing with that too. There are comments spots on each line for little notes such as how many ounces she drank, but then there is a bigger comment box below where daycare leaves me a little note everyday, "lots of smiles today" or "she likes the new bottle much better." Each day goes from 6 to 6. So I use the left side for 6pm to 6am and then the right side for 6AM to 6PM. But you could just track days if you wanted to. I do both since that way daycare can also see how her night went and if they should be "prepared" for an interesting day ahead! I highly recommend this for all mom's heading back to work! It's one last thing you need to worry about when dropping off your baby, it's all right there for daycare to read and for you to read at the end of the day. And on a side note, it's super cute too! :)

Tracks trends and milestones, communicates between caregivers
As a registered nurse, documenting a daily routine is part of my day. Naturally I wanted to keep track of my daughter's schedule when she was born. Initially I just used it to track the first weeks at home when we were both too tired to remember anything. Then it transitioned to a way to communicate between us and daycare. It was helpful to know when she last ate and how many dirty diapers she had. Our pediatrician found it useful when she was hospitalized for RSV to know how her routine had changed when she got sick. Now we can even use it to transition care to the grandparents if they pick her up from daycare or keep her overnight. It tracks trends and milestones as well as a shopping list of things baby needs. I have bought 3-4 of these and plan to use them until her first birthday! I have also been keeping them for her baby book so I can look back on them and see her progress.
