When you look at item description although it’s Prime, it says 1-3 months for delivery. Is this accurate? Is it because item is on back order?

Not sure. Mine came in two days.

I ordered this in December also!! Why are people getting it quicker and I don't even have a ship date or anything?

Is the tilt angle adjustable here?

Yes there are a few levels and the head(padded area ) also has adjustable articulation. I’m a teacher and these are going on year three of having all sizes of teenagers being playful or resting daily!

how high is the seat off the floor?

For the gray one - mine is 11 inches off the floor. Don't know about the other ones.
