I bought this George Foreman grill just before Christmas and it’s already been used a lot! It’s a really good size , big enough to cook a decent meal for 2 , but not so big that it’s a pain to store. It heats up quickly and cooks food evenly, which is great when you just want something quick. I’ve used it for chicken, burgers, vegetables and toasties and everything has come out well. Nothing sticks, and once it’s cooled down it’s very easy to clean with a quick wipe. I also like that the fat runs away as it cooks, so food doesn’t feel greasy. It feels solid and well made, and the drip tray works well without making a mess. Overall, it’s simple, reliable and does exactly what you want it to do. A great little grill for easy, everyday meals, I would recommend.

Excellent little machine. It's nice and small for storage. Lid has facility to lift so can be used for toastie, or beef burger or chops. Cooks most things. Good quality, heavy machine. Takes all size bread for toastie. Very pleased with purchase.

This is my 3rd George Foreman grill, my first was the more expensive grill with removable dishwasher proof plates something was wrong with the plates, not the cooking side the other side, I don’t know what the plates are made from but one wash in the dishwasher they came out black, you could not remove the residue however hard you tried to clean them I contacted George Foreman they replaced the grill, they never answered my question as to why the plates had black residue, they sent a new grill, same issue but I kept it. Recently after a few hrs service I decided to buy a new grill, £34 now under £30 just my luck. Now into my review for the new grill. The plates heat up quickly and is much more efficient than my older grill, steaks, chicken, burgers, toasties all turn out quite well. I try to buy the most lean of cuts to avoid extra grease and mess. Cleaning is reasonably easy clean after eating or just switch it back on later and wait 30 seconds a sheet of kitchen roll and bobs your uncle, wipe away excess fat. The George Foreman words on the top plate should not be there as the cooking residue gets stuck in the lettering, it does come off but requires extra cleaning, the name is on the top it does not require embossed name on a cooking plate!!!!!!! Too many nooks and cranny’s where grease food can go into which will require more intense cleaning in due course that’s if you can get to it. CAUTION be careful only open the lid at the front twice I have accidentally touched both sides, the lip of the plates are slightly exposed, you WILL burn yourself. The grill needs a dedicated handle at the front of the lid although you can open the lid from the front it must be done at the very front. I’m unsure what plastic is used to make the casing but it is not easy to keep nice and clean however hard you or careful you are it easily shows marks, cosmetic I know but I like smart gadgets in my kitchen. The grill needs a timer my old one had a timer that is very useful, it is easy to go off for a moment and forget, no big deal as I use a hand timer. I’ll still give the grill 4 stars though because it’s a grill and my bacon, steaks, chops, sausages chicken and occasionally toasties all cook well.

Very pleased with this size of the cooking plates as I bought the medium size grill and I used it yesterday and I had two slices of bacon two sausages and two slices of black pudding and I had them all on the cooking plate at the same time and with the adjustable rear foot which goes from flat to angled for cooking helps the fat to run off into the drip tray and after to clean the grill plates is very easy with kitchen paper very easy to clean I am very pleased with the electrical grill

I brought the largest size george foreman and have now regrets. The cooking time is incredible, it's great value for money and reliable. The satisfaction of seeing all the oil in the drip tray and knowing the health benefits is an added bonus. Ive also found this model easier to clean compared to older models. The only down side is sometimes a little fat drips out of the back, despite the incline. So always turn it around and clean the back after use too, it's never much but worth knowing.

It really is non-stick and therefore easy to clean. It heats up quickly and is easy to use.

Lovely little grill, ideal for single sandwiches. Quality item

I bought this as a replacement for our very old sandwich toaster, which started shedding its nonstick coating. I bought this one because I wanted one without the square divisions, which limit the type of bread you can use. This will take slices of a bloomer shaped loaf without any problem and it does the toasting very well. I was hopeful it would also be useful as a small grill, but this has been less successful. For a start, the lid/upper grill plate is very light and is loosely hinged. It feels like it could break off very easily. I have tried it on, for example, panini, and it just isn't heavy enough to press the bread flat. All it did was push the top slice and some of the filling off onto the lower plate. I've tried sausages for the time it says in the leaflet and they were nowhere near cooked, had to slice them in half lengthways to finish. Cleaning is easy for toasted sandwiches, but anything else makes a mess. I now have a j-cloth specially for cleaning it, but I can't see me using it as a grill in the future. Very pleased for the purpose I bought it for, but disappointed with it as a grill.
