Love this thing
This must be one of the best phone cradles for my car that I have ever bought, and at a great price. The suction cup is really strong, so I do not get surprise falls of my phone down onto my lap on the road, which is nice. The arm is long, and adjustable. It does vibrate a bit when you're on the road, but given its length, I suppose that has to be expected. The cradle itself fits my iphone6 plus with a case. It's a bit snug, but it keeps the phone held securely when I drive, and at eye level, which is what I wanted, so no problems there. And if your phone is smaller that 5.5 inches, it will fit on this cradle for sure, because it has adjustable arms that you can bring in toward the phone to keep it snug and secure. When you arrive at your destination, there's a quick release button in the back to easily remove the phone from the cradle.Finding the perfect phone cradle can be a frustrating experience. I'm not going to say I'm 100% happy, because I would like the arm to not vibrate like it does while on the road, but overall, it is a great device, and out of all th other ones I have seen, it the one I am most satisfied with, day in and day out.

I've had worse mounts....
After reading other reviews that a Note 3 would fit, I decided to purchase. Technically, the Note 3 does fit, albeit snugly. The foam 'pillows' on the sides that are designed to keep the phone in place actually obscure the sides of my screen. The suction cup seems to be holding up well after 2 days of heavy use (I've had other holders that didn't last this long). And the bracket doesn't wiggle or move when I use my phone while mounted. One other design flaw that is a major pet peeve, the button to release the sides is located on the back of the mount. This means you have to press on the front of your phone in order to successfully engage the button to release the sides. This is a major pain in the butt if you're trying to get the phone out quickly to answer a call.

Best Mobile Phone Holder So Far
I have now bought three of these: one for me, one for my wife, and one for my mother. What I love about this product is that it has a highly adjustable arm and it does a really good job holding a variety of smartphones. I can use this product with a Blackberry, a Samsung Epic, Epic II, iPhone, or Galaxy S III, without having to buy separate mounts. With the long arm, and the strength of the arm, it can hold anything from a light phone to a Galaxy S III with an extended battery. The cons I see to this product are few. So far, only two issues. First, the suction cup, like most, will eventually have trouble sticking and you will have to clean it and the windshield to re-stick it. This is something I have encountered with pretty much every GPS mount that I have owned. Second, the arms that hold the phone in place are just a hair short for a thick phone that has a beveled edge, and if the widest edge is the front of the phone, it may have trouble gripping on occasion. All in all, rather minor cons for a generic mobile phone mount.I highly recommend this mount. The best I can tell you is that three mounts for three different cars later, I am still happy with the product and would buy it again.

Great, snug fit; Solidly built
I use the vent mount option with my Galaxy Nexus phone (similar size and shape to the S III) and haven't had any problems. The arms can easily be adjusted to snuggly hold the phone. Two feet at the bottom of the holder can be rotated out of the way for cords such as a charger or headphone jack. There is a small button behind the holder that quickly releases the adjustable arms to easily remove the phone from the holder. The vent mount is pretty secure. It won't work on round vents found on some cars, but it works well on traditional square vents. The holder has stayed in place while driving, even when going over a few bumps. The weight of the holder + phone does cause my vent to point downward, but it's not the end of the world.Personally, I don't use the windshield mount because I didn't want to block my view while driving. This is okay for some people, and the suction cup has a locking mechanism on it that I'm sure would hold quite securely. I just haven't used this option personally so I can't accurately comment on the performace of mounting the holder to the windshield. The plastic seems pretty solid. I have used other holders that were made from cheap plastic and wore out fairly quickly. I have used this holder for about a month with no problems.

Distracting, but very convenient
I got this phone mount for Christmas and I was very excited to use it. I mounted it to my windshield and it has yet to fall off. The arm is long enough for me to comfortably reach my phone, I don't have to lean very far forward like with others I've used. I have noticed when my phone is in the mount it bounces up and down slightly while its driving, that may be due to the length of the arm or that is it flexible. That is a little distracting so I subtracted a star. But, the mount feels very well made and it easy to place my phone in/out of it by squeezing the padded side clamps to my phone or pressing the button on the back of the mount (easy to find without seeing it) to release it. I love using it for navigation because my phone pulls this up so much quicker than my car or Garmen.

iPhone 5 Works Fine - Vent Holder
I am using the vent holder with my iPhone 5. I bought the holder to use the arm to come off the windshield because the arm was long and I thought I could mount near the bottom of the windshield and the arm would extend along the top of the dash. The arm on the holder is very stiff and there is too much of a slope on my windshield. I was a bit gun shy on using the vent holder. Tried and actually found the vent holder works fine. I have the tilt deflectors on my vent. The phone does not bounce and holds steady. There is dial on the back to tighten the holder into an angle you desire. There is a button the back that opens the holder. Pinch the holders closed around your device. The holder opens pretty wide to accommodate a vast majority of the smart phones. This works great to hold my phone up higher in the car to get better cell reception and puts the phone in my line of sight for easy GPS viewing.
