This is a good book. It lists uses and how to make them for every herb.

This book is awesome. Dr. Christopher knew his stuff. Very knowledgeable and I highly recommend all his products and books. You can find his videos on YouTube. This book as you can tell from the pictures I have posted, details healing remedies to use for specific ailments and lists what and how to use them.

This is such an awesome reference for novice and advanced herbalist alike. This is my favorite out of my herbal book collection.

This book is very useful. A lot of info and recipes for different ailments. It's going for a high price in a lot of places. If you can find one for under a hundred bucks grab it. I recommend it.

This book seems to have what I need- basically a ton of specific info on herbs and how they treat and cure all types of ailments and diseases. I took away a star because of the damage to the book. I plan to keep this for a long time and it's a bit upsetting to receive it in "New" condition with defects. The book does not look previously owned, more like it was stored in a way that does not protect the books (I say stored, not shipped because the box was not damaged and arrived with the standard plastic filler inside the box). All in all the information is intact, the pages are not dirty, and the content seems to have what I want. Not aestheticly pleasing to have a book with a few bruises, especially when none of my other books have permanent damage to the cover like that. Please take better care of your books. 4 stars.

What I didn't know is that a change of diet will make medicinal herbs/plants more powerful. I've been on a strict diet, no wheat, sugar, milk products, corn, soy, peanuts, anything GMO and found it easy to do. I exercise almost every day for 45 minutes, sometimes do yoga. I meditate daily. I have lost 30+ pounds in the last 4 months—the first 10 came off the first week! I read labels. I allow some things to pass through like organic pure cane sugar in catsup and dressings which I don't eat often...BUT...this book says you need to follow a "Mucusless Diet" meaning basically "Vegan" in order for you to absorb the natural medicines. No eggs, no meat, no sugar, no milk, etc. cleaning out your “total” system is very important. Vegans live longer than meat-eating people, did you know that? I just turned 70 and I feel great! No major health problems. I plan to live to be a "healthy" 100! I've heard many health nuts say that we can live to be 120 if we keep our bodies healthy! I am very grateful to have found Dr. Christopher and his formulas...and this book! Stay healthy!

I like everything about this book: the quality of the paper and the very well-organized, valuable information. This is one of my favourite books.
