The Ingenuity SimpleComfort Baby Swing has honestly been one of the most helpful baby items in our house. As a parent trying to juggle a newborn, a toddler, and daily tasks, having a safe and soothing place to put my baby for short periods has been a huge help. Assembly took a little time, but the instructions were clear and everything felt sturdy once put together. The swing itself looks modern and doesn’t take up as much space as I expected, which I appreciate since baby gear can easily overcrowd a room. What really stood out to me is how smooth and quiet the swinging motion is. My baby settled into it much faster compared to another swing we previously owned. I like that there are multiple swing directions and speed settings because every baby has different preferences, and being able to adjust it made a noticeable difference. The seat padding feels soft and supportive, and the harness keeps my baby secure without looking uncomfortable. The music and white noise options are also a nice bonus during nap time or fussy moments. I especially appreciate that the motor stays relatively quiet instead of making loud clicking noises while swinging. Another feature I love is the portability around the house. Being able to move it from room to room helped me keep my baby nearby while cooking, cleaning, or spending time with my toddler. Cleaning has been manageable so far, and the fabric seems durable enough for daily use. After several weeks, everything is still functioning properly without wobbling or unusual noises. The only small downside is that the swing has a larger footprint than some compact swings, so it may not be ideal for very small spaces. Other than that, it has worked extremely well for our family. Overall, this swing has been comforting, reliable, and worth the investment. I would definitely recommend it to parents looking for a soothing and feature-packed baby swing.

I needed a swing that allowed my daughter to swing back and forth or side to side and this swing offered both! With it being easy to turn she can swing either way. She loves the motion of back and forth so this swing works perfectly. Also, it easily becomes a bouncer when you push the side buttons up. It releases so easy from the base and I’m able to take her anywhere in the house with me. The swing has different sounds it plays to help soothe her and 6 different speeds for her comfort. It was very simple and easy to assemble the only issue I had was with one of the leg parts snapping into the hole (I posted a picture of it) but the pieces fit together so snug and tight that it really hasn’t been any issue or worries of it falling apart. My baby girl looooves this swing! She sits so calmly inside and will even sleep for at least an hr (which is a long time in newborn stages!) so I’m able to be hands free and get things done. We also have a 4moms mamaroo swing but she enjoys this swing so much more! I love this swing so much I just might order a second one just to have at both houses for convenience when we travel between our two homes. The swing starts off a little hesitant but with a little push it swings perfectly. STOP LOOKING, YOU’VE FOUND THE PERFECT SWING! You won’t regret this purchase.

The instructions says if the swing is plugged into the adapter it can still be used but within two days the swing started malfunctioning and will not swing.

If I could give 0 stars I would and I barely ever leave reviews. I should have listened to my gut when reading all the other comments of people saying it broke after 4-5 months. Well ours did just that. I bought for my grandson who was just born. Used maybe once per week and it lasted 4 months just like everyone else. Now nothing works. I get it things break and things happen, but the customer service was absolutely awful. Took multiple messages and exactly 29 days for them to respond. They wanted videos, pictures, receipts etc sent to them. Normal if you are going to work with them so I was happy to provide all the information. They sent me a return message a week later pretty much saying “sorry, the warranty is 3 months and you are past that so nothing we can do. No parts available and no replacement.” I mean $120 to use something maybe 15 times and then get almost ghosted by customer service is a joke. If you are reading this, do the opposite of what I do and trust your gut to Buy something else. Hundreds and hundreds of people with the same problem isn’t a coincidence.

Amazing product. Helps sooth and helps my baby poop.

It does not have the option for 60 minutes only 10 15 30. Also music does not stay where and how u want it, it changes fast out of nowhere. However easy to build, my babygirl is comfortable in it she loves it just once the swinging stops i have to stop what im doing to go put it back on. It’s a decent size I’d give it a 5 but just not true about the minutes but i don’t have time to nor the energy to return and do all that extra stuff. Its a great size also and the quality is good so im gonna have to give it a 4 I guess because it does come in handy easy to move around height is great as well.

Le son est réglable en volume en trois mode, c'est magique, plusieurs musique dont des bruit blancs et une rivière qui coule pour apaiser bébé. Le réglage du temps et du balancement super, le tout tactile qui réagit assez bien. Elle a l'air si confortable, mon fils l'a adoré directe, elle a l'air stable, il fait 6kg et cela n'entrave en rien le balancement ni sa stabilité. Le harnais est rembourré, en toute sécurité je mets mon fils de dans depuis notre commande. Franchement pour apaiser un bébé qui a besoin de balancement c'est l'idéale. Je recommande sans hésitation.

Bought for our baby who had colic, really soothing and helps most evenings. She hated her baby bouncer but loves this. Seat is comfortable and well padded with a recline option. Five point harness is easy to adjust and keeps baby secure. The seat can be swivelled so the baby can rock from side to side or back and forth, we’ve found if one way doesn’t soothe the baby the other way might. Buttons are easy to use and very responsive. Light enough to be moved from room to room yet very sturdy. Lovely colour and design although not sure it will stay clean being so light in colour. Assembly was easy and instructions clear. Six swing speeds, timer option and also songs and white noise offers a variety of options when trying to soothe baby. The fact it plugs in was what made it a clear choice for our baby, compared to cheaper swings where we probably would’ve paid the difference in batteries over the space of six months use and yet we have a premium product that does a little more than simply swing back and forth.

It is a good purchase and worth every dollar, highly recommend getting the Raylan. I love that the seat detaches so I can put baby in the bathroom whenever I use the bathroom and no one is available to watch baby. Very safe with the straps and buckle. Easy to remove material seat and wash in the washing machine and dry (my baby had a blowout in it and needed a clean up). Different option of volume and speed on the rocker, which is nice and can swing without sound as well. Very sturdy and strong, not weak and won’t topple over. Baby loves playing with the little bear and rabbit mobiles. Definitely worth having.
