Good price but dug into my babies face

I bought these as they're the same shape teats as nuk ones but cheaper, my son likes them the same so I was happy until I noticed that they really mark up his face. My son has a hard suck so his dummies do indent slightly but these are too curved & really dig in so I've had to stop using them

Considering these are designed for kids with teeth I would expect my daughter to not be able to bite chunks out of them! very unsafe and a choking hazard . used minimally alongside other dummies from 18m to 20m so not constant use! this shouldn't happen!
