MASTERCANOPY Durable Pop-up Canopy Tent with 1 Sidewall (10'x10',Black)

My initial canopy held up nicely for two years thru Hot Summers and Windy Rainy and Snowy winters. Once the canopy cover failed I started looking for a replacement cover. And Master Canopy had the part I needed at a very reasonable price. I checked Amazon for the replacement cover, and found one I thought would work and ordered it. After contacting Master Canopy I was told that cover would not fit my frame. When the first cover arrived I returned it to Amazon, as I had already ordered the right cover, I have to say this company is making dealing with customer service GREAT AGAIN! From the very first contact these folks were right there ready to help. They confirmed that the first product I ordered wouldn't fit my application and gave me the correct information to order the right product. Sure I was told it would be 2 to 3 weeks to receive the item ordered. They were in contact with me several times were very polite and accommodating wanting to make sure I knew where the product was in the process. And to top it off instead of 2 - 3 weeks, it arrived here after one week. Coming from China that was amazing to say the least.

We recently purchased the Mastercanopy Duralast pop up tent, and we must say that we are extremely satisfied with this purchase and it was great to see that it arrived in a timely manner. Setting up this tent was incredibly easy to set up, the instructions were clear, and the whole process took us just a few minutes. Easy to disassemble and pack back into the roller bag. The canopy is made of durable material which gives us confidence that it will last a long time. It provides excellent shade from the sun which we love the protection it offers, allowing us to enjoy outdoor activities without worrying about getting sunburn or overheating. We love the standout top ventilation feature design that allows for air to circulate effectively, keeping the interior cool and comfortable even on hot days. This is an awesome great feature, as it prevents the tent from becoming stuffy or humid. The frame of the tent is sturdy, providing a solid and stable structure. We feel confident that the tent will withstand various weather conditions, including wind and rain. The overall built quality of this tent is very impressive. Finally the Mastercanopy Duralast pop up tent is a fantastic product and we highly recommend this tent for anyone in need of a reliable and high-quality pop up tent. We are happy with the size and quality. I would not hesitate to buy again!!

I needed some shade so that my products wouldn't bake in the sun but I was worried about a few things... #1, Could I set it up by myself? #2, Could it withstand gusts of wind? #3 Could I take it down by myself? #4 Would it look nice? Answer to all of the above? YES YES YES YES.... I got the 6.6x6.6 size and it is very easy to set up and take down by myself (52 yr old gal) Last Saturday the winds kicked up...my neighbor's canopy lifted off of the ground and almost went over her car.... Mine was like a ROCK.... I didn't realize when I bought it that it came with 4 weight bags,, so I had purchased some nice white ones to go with it...I had 2 white ones on the front legs, and 2 that came with it on the back...it DIDN't BUDGE.... The red height adjustment switches are AWESOME....no little button to press in to try and pull and press at the same time....it's SO EASY!! and the side wall is PERFECT for keeping my items shaded... The wheelie bag that it goes in is also very nice and very well made.... The only down side of it for me was that one of the velcro ties that secure the roof to the frame was not sewn correctly so there is one spot on my roof that isn't tied down right... So far it hasn't been a problem...I tried to use amazon's message system to write to the seller but never heard back. Eventually I may try to stitch it on, but I'm afraid to ruin how nice it looks from the outside... I've used it now 3x and it is great....wouldn't be worth the hassle to send it back just because of the one un-sewn velcro tie.... This was a GREAT value for the money...If I needed another one or a bigger one I would ABSOLUTELY get another from Mastercanopy....It is sturdy, very well made and VERY easy to set up and take down !

VERY EASY to set up by myself... as soon as I realized that the red center knob itself slides up and down to lock/unlock. Slapping on the bottom like I did for 10 minutes does not work at all. I purchased this for camping for shade and protection from light rain and I can't speak to that yet though it seems fairly sturdy. The reason why I can't give a five star review is that the pictures and description shows two drain holes on each side of the canopy. That's part of the reason why I bought this brand. I thought it would protect from catastrophic failure due to rain not running off properly. But mine don't have any.

Updated with response from seller regarding why this is not waterproof in the rain: "As for the leaking issue. We have double confirmed the issue with our factory. She told us, the fabric is waterpoof, but the reason why it leaks is that the waterproof pressure of this fabric is not enough due to the rain for a long time, we recommend that you do not use it for a long time under rain or other inclement weather." To be clear, we did not incur heavy rain, just a nice steady summer rain....but we all got soaked. SOAKED At first I just put a simple review of "leaks and poor quality." But after trying to get a refund after returning this item, I feel I need to write a bit more to warn other buyers. So we purchased this canopy to replace our old one. (That one had held up for about 18 years. Amazing quality there. ) My husband and I looked at a lot of reviews and chose this one. We use it for craft shows, swim meets, etc. We needed this now for craft shows, got it and set it up, and let me tell you.....wow....boy, did it leak. First, it leaks from all of the "heat sealed" seams. Rain came through - not a storm, but a good steady rain. No high winds. We were soaked, and we lost some art products that we had hand painted because they got wet. Our signage was soaked and got destroyed. We ran and found some clear plastic and tried to salvage what we could. Second, they added "drain holes" around the edges of the canopy yet it is described on the listing as "100% water resistant." Nope. So the seams all leak and they added holes around the edges so you can't find a dry spot to stand. Third, the canopy fabric is supposed to be lined silver and help with the sun. Nope to that too. It's very thin material, is not lined, and it doesn't help with the sun's hot rays. This would not be good for the summer or a swim meet. Fourth, the canopy attaches to the frame with very thin,cheap strips of Velcro. Some of these were not sewn well and ripped off the canopy when trying to open them for install. So the Velcro sticks to itself but rips right off the canopy fabric. Also, please note that the metal frame is a thin metal, poor quality. I will say it did set up easily with the single button in the center. I did like that idea. Lastly, I have returned the item and received the UPS tracking number. I have been in touch via email through Amazon with Master Canopy and they still have yet to process a refund. Sorry for the long review. Mine are usually short and sweet and usually praises for what I purchase. This was a horrible experience and this is a poor quality product.

easy set up and seem to hold up in weather

I bought this canopy over 4 years ago and use it in the mountains of Colorado 6-8 weeks a year. I properly secure it to handle the impromptu crazy winds and it’s held up well! The last trip destroyed my friend’s brand new canopy and one of my anchoring loops started to tear. They are on their third canopy since I bought this one and we secure them about the same and in the same general area. I think 4 years of abuse by the wind and the sun (the blue is faded a bit) have finally caught up with it. The frame is in great condition but it’s about time for a new top. I’d definitely buy another if I was looking for a replacement. Master Canopy, which top is the correct replacement for this model? Thanks!

Für jeden einfach auf und abzubauen! Wenn man kein festes Pavillon möchte, ist dies eine super Sache! Allerdings bei einem starken Wind sehr wackelig, da nützen auch die Sandsäcke nix! Aber da es ja in 3-5min wieder zusammen gefaltet ist, ist dies kein Problem! Unter den Pavillon passen 2 Bierzeltgarnituren 1,80m lang (4Bänke und 2 Tische)

Wir haben uns das dunkelgraue 3x3 Pavillon im Juli 22 bestellt. Es war jetzt 6 Monate lang eine dauerhaft aufgebaute Übergangslösung. Das Gestell war für die gesamte Zeit mit Schrauben in den Zwischenfugen der Pflastersteine festgeschraubt. Es hat die Standzeit ohne Rost und Lackabplatzer (außer an den Bodenfüßen) überstanden. Einzig die roten Plastik Stopper zum einstellen sind etwas ausgeblichen. Mechanik funktioniert tadellos. Das Zelt selber haben wir am Anfang bei jedem Windhauch abgebaut (geht sogar mit einer Person) so das sich an den Inneren nähten das Regenband zügig gelöst hatte! Dadurch hatte es leider bei Regen minimal rein getropft – war jetzt aber auch nicht schlimm. Später haben wir es auch bei stärkeren Windböen stehen gelassen was es gut weg gesteckt hatte. Regen ist gut abgelaufen. Schnee habe wir abgeklopft. Was man allerdings nicht machen sollte – wenn das Dach gefroren ist dagegen schlagen! Dabei entstand leider ein 20 cm Riss. Leider sind keine Reparatur Flicken enthalte . Habe selbstklebende Neilion Streifen online bestellt – jetzt passt es wieder. Der graue Stoff ist in den 6 Monaten minimal ausgeblichen was wir ok finden da es ja er nicht zur dauerhaften Nutzung gedacht ist. Das mitgelieferten Seitenteil passt und ist stabil. Der Zusammenbau war einfach – jedoch hab ich es bisher nicht geschafft die Plane wieder in die Verpackung zu bekommen! Fazit – Qualität passt für Partyzelt, Festivals, Camping Vorzelt usw. (Nicht vergessen am Boden zu sichern!)
