After hearing about Aboniki from a fellow Sickle Cell Warrior, I decided to try it myself. I too have Sickle Cell and it is some of the most excruciating, bone breaking pain that you will ever feel. There are very few things that can help diminish it with the exception of pain medications, sometimes anyway. I have tried several creams, rubs, pads, etc. to help cope with the pain. Aboniki has helped me a lot so far, especially my legs. I wake up daily in the colder weather in all over pain, but my legs are a huge source of the majority of Sickle Cell pain. The one time I rubbed my legs down the night before with Aboniki balm, I woke up the next, cold, less than 30° weather morning, without leg pain. I was shocked, surprised and happy. Now I know ow everything will not work for everybody. Aboniki does NOT help or work for All my Sickle Cell pain, nothing does. But when it does, it is so helpful and allows me to get on with my day with a little less pain. It's definitely worth a try. I will warn you that the smell can be very strong, almost like vapor rub, but stronger. Do NOT use it with a heating pad, Do NOT use it after showering, Do Use gloves, wash your hands afterwards and Do NOT touch it and touch anything else on your body. You don't want to get it in your eyes, on your face or anywhere else. It heats up on your body and it cools down afterwards.

LOVE LOVE This stuff!!!!!! It smells, you should use gloves, it's STRONG! I'm on my feet 16hrs a day, I have sciatica & degenerative disk. This stuff actually works, it reactivates when you sweat, & it's good for at least 8hrs.

This stuff is great pain relief for muscles also great on bottom of feet like a decongestant also helps get rid of sinus headaches

My 91 y.o. grandma swears by this stuff so it was nice to see a multi-pack that allowed me to share with other family members. And if grandma endorses it, that's all I need to hear.

I use this one my sore muscles, it works wonders.

Love this product, a bit expensive but my family uses it for sores, bug bits, and aches.

They are excellent! My mom is really enjoying them!

My grandmother loves this stuff and says it works better for her then stuff like Voltarn to manage pain.
