Fiskars 60" Pro Garden Rake for Soil with Lightweight Aluminum Handle, Heavy Duty Gardening Tool

This is a heavy, very sturdy rake for your garden beds, not raking leaves. One side is flat, so you can level the bed you just raked. Also good for getting the soil out of the grass after you dug a hole. It’s weight makes it more effective, you don’t have to put so much downward pressure on it. But it might be heavy for some to lift. So far, no rust. Had it for one year.

If you're looking for a heavy duty rake, this is the one for you. Built to last unlike the much cheaper rakes. Solid construction with heavy gauge metal. Pulls out thatch and pine needles from lawns easily. However, strength comes at a cost - weight. It's heavy and will give you a good workout. Great quality rake.

Fiskars are the gold standard of tools these days. I broke a shovel after trying to pry out a root - and they sent a new one - only wanted a picture. The only thing still broken is my pride when my wife saw me flip backwards. I am so happy with all their tools i wouldnt settle for any others. I used this rake and am sure it is quality. Be aware - it is not light.

Some Fiskars tools are just okay but there are a few that are indeed better than the standard and this is one. Solid and durable (feeling so far). Yet lightweight. Also I had a different rake break once and Fiskars replaced it under warranty with little hassle so I feel comfortable spending more money to get what I like with them.

Fantastic rake for moving gravel and dirt. The design of the back edge is great for leveling and dragging materials.

Rake is a bit on the heavy side but it is really well built and what I was looking for the intended task of winter use. I was having the wood handles ones break off at the head. This one is well reinforced.

I got this take to clear up leaves in my garden and it’s much to heavy for that and felt unbalanced when I was moving that lightweight of a material (leaves and bark chips) however when I needed to move gravel and dirt I was pleasantly surprised at how EASY it made those jobs. I noted that when I was moving heavier material the rake felt perfectly balanced; no strain on my shoulders, arms, or back and I was able to get the job done easily. The rake feels sturdy and balanced. Definitely for spreading rather than gathering; for gathering leaves or debris get the leaf rake...that’s what I did.

I call this the moon rake it’s tough and solid . If I needed a rake on my next trip to the moon l would take this one,they some how made a rake cool!
