This works well to eliminate organic odors.

I originally wrote the following on the gallon size of the same product: I have used Bio Zap at home and work; Sadly, a skunk died under the shrubbery next to my house. Double bad smell!! I poured a liberal amount of Bio Zap all over it 2 days in a row, and by the next week it was gone. I also sprayed a large area of our side yard where the neighborhood critters think their bathroom is, and where organic detritus also tends to collect. I can never open the windows on that end of the house because of the musty/urine combo odor. I only had enough Bio Zap left for one application; it almost completely got rid of the smell but I need more to keep up effectiveness after rainy weather/more cats visiting. At our apartment complex I've been using BioZap for some months, to clean mostly cement - grease at BBQs, bird poo, sap, various other spills/substances, and also our water-less urinal. The bird poo clears up surprisingly quick; I’m not sure if it is slower at eating grease or if there are just more messy people at the BBQ’s . Most other stains/substances clear up within days. Those old gum spots don’t, but this week I tried scraping them first; we’ll see if it can eat it now. I want to order a large amount to spray in our dumpsters to clean built up crud/eliminate odor; but if I am going to spend this much I want the most effective of your products for the job(s). update (almost a year later) -- nope, it doesn't clean/eat the old gum. but the ground in front of the bbq's is even cleaner - the dark grease stains never last more than a couple days, and the side of the house has not smelled in the year since- I open the windows all the time now. hooray!
