The Tilswall Customer Service folks jumped through multiple hoops to please this almost-80 year old bewildered grump. I ordered and received the Scrubber late November of last year. After a month or so after contending with Thanksgiving and preparing for Christmas I decided to put it to use. Low and behold I determined that I was missing part of the handle. I fired off an email to Tilswall. I received a quick reply gently informing me that I had to push on part of the handle into another part and then I could extract the 'hidden' handle. I sent a meek 'Thank you'. Then in January, well past the return window, I actually gritted my teeth and tried to use the Scrubber. It would run for three minutes then die. Hrmmph! I would charge it again, and again it would last for a couple of minutes. After repeating this a few times it refused to start after charging. Again I wrote to Tilswall essentially saying their Scrubber battery sucked. They replied immediately asking me exactly what happened. I was preparing to do battle. They asked me for my Amazon Order Number. Being the nimble, albeit aged, computer whiz that I thought I was, searched high and low through Amazon trying to figure out the Order Number. I could find no such thing. I told them. They pointed me to my Order Page. I looked and could see no number. This went back and forth. (In retrospect I am positive that they gathered around my agent shaking their heads thinking, 'What an idiot.') Every email that I received from them was kind and gentle essentially saying that I needed to look at the Order Page. Finally, I am sure veiled frustration, told me to send them a screen shot of my order page. (They were essentially saying that if was that dense they would find the Order Number for me.) Ha! I would show them. I did the screen shot. Crap! When I looked at the page I saw the Order Number at the top of the page. Since my order was for multiple items they did not include the number for each item (which is where I looked) but instead at the top: One Order Number for multiple items. Embarrassed I sent the screen shot. I pretty much dreaded the expected reply. To my surprise they said that they were sending me a new Scrubber. Today I received it and it worked great. The Tilswall Customer Service Agent showed incredible patience with me. Although this was well outside the return window they were intent on providing me with a new machine. It took multiple emails simply because of my stupidity. All the agent wanted was the Order Number so they could send me a new Scrubber, and I fought them all the way. Sigh... Thanks Tilswall.

I recently found silicone toilet brushes and became a HUGE fan very quickly. BUT, this works extremely well for me because I do not have hard water and all the mess that comes along with it like mineral build up, manganese (black slime) , pink bacteria or rusty water. So my water quality prevents most of what actually makes the toilets LOOK gross. Aside from that, I use the Kaboom Continuously Clean Toilet Cleaning System for any bacteria that gets in the toilet because of USING the toilet. Did I need this brush? No. But it's fun, easy, effective, and sanitary. I recently replaced 2 toilets because of hairline cracks and I decided I should get new brushes for them and these will absolutely never scratch the new treated toilet finishes. These spin and surprisingly, get into the nooks and crannies of the bowl and under the rim pretty good. The silicone bristles do not hold onto any funk that may get on them, unlike a nylon bristle brush. They also don't hold onto water either so they are almost dry after use. When spinning, there is no funky splashing water all over the place so don't worry about that. Also, there is NO rust with this brush. You know, when you look at your nylon bristle brush at the center stem, inside those bristle holes are twisted metal wires that hold those bristles in. NOT with this one - - all silicone without bristle holes!! By design, it is sanitary. Your toilet cleaning gels work great with this brush too. After you are done and flush the bowl, just dip this brush back inside the clean water for a thorough rinse and you're done. The UV light then comes on for 1 minute and automatically shuts off. I'm sold and buying another for the other bathroom. The other silicone toilet brush I have has a drawer in the holder for the water drop or 2 you may have when you are done using. I think I will keep those holders as this brush fits perfectly inside those too. The UV light is part of the brush, not the holder. Obviously, I can't speak to the durability of this yet. IF it does not hold up at all, I WILL be back to update this!! UPDATE; within 10 DAYS of owning this brush, the UV light no longer works on one of the brushes. The other brush is fine. It still spins though, but I wonder how much longer will it last? I never returned this item even though the light was not working....after a few more uses, the light decided to start working again....Not sure why or if there is a short somewhere? The light was out for over a week, then it started working? I'm stumped.

This Tilswall electric spin scrubber did a decent cleaning job of cleaning the grey dirt in my tile grout. Much easier and faster than a manual grout scrubber. I can’t rate this tool for grout dirtier than what I posted. It’s an easy assembly out of the box. You must fully charge it first, about 3-4 hours. Also clean small areas at a time. Pre wet the grout lines with your cleaning product to penetrate the grout before you start scrubbing. Do not submerge the scrubber head beyond the top of the bristles . I used a long handled microfiber flat head mop to absorb the residue and rinsed it a few times as I went along. Only apply light pressure as you’re scrubbing to keep it where you need it. It is only 220 rpm but it did an excellent job for my cleaning needs. The multipurpose brush heads are of medium stiffness. Not so soft as to collapse. Im hoping for longevity of this scrubber. 電動バスポリッシャーとはどの製品も高速回転であっという間に掃除するものではない。電動ドライバーにブラシをつけて洗うようなもの。とレビューで読みましたが、そのとおりでした。 本製品も高速回転で終わらせるものではなく、電動ドライバーにブラシをつけたようなものでした。 しかしきめ細かく泡立たせることができ、力を入れなくてもきれいに掃除ができます。手で掃除していたときより楽にきれいにできているかも。 それとバッテリー残量が見えるため、30%まで掃除するか、のようにある程度目安にもなります。 デザインは全体的に白くスッキリしていて良いです。無印良品やXiaomiから販売されてもおかしくないくらいのデザイン。ここまでお洒落なバスポリッシャーは他にないと思います。（XiaomiのMijiaからバスポリッシャーが発売されていますが、実はそこまでお洒落なデザインではないです。あとはBoschのコードレスクリーニングブラシもオシャレですが、オシャレの方向性が異なります） 充電はmicroUSB-Cでできるため便利。 アタッチメントはブラシ2種類とスポンジがついていました。 柄の長いほうが良さそうに思えましたが、長いと重くて大変というレビューをみて、本製品にしました。 結果とても満足です。

Um produto que facilita a minha limpeza de mosaicos e azulejos do duche. Para só podia ter dias opções uma com cabo (como tem) e outro com uma pequena pega para usar com uma só mão.

Leider hatte die Bürste einen Fehler, aber das kenne ich bei mir. Passiert mir andauernd. Eine Mail, und innerhalb kürzester Zeit war Ersatz da. Sehr freundlicher und kulanter Service. Die WC-Bürste selber empfinde ich als sehr hygienisch und ist echt effektiv. Die Wandhalterung ist sehr gut, sodaß man die Bürste nicht auf den Boden stellen muß (Putzen). Bin sehr zufrieden und kann sie nur empfehlen. Preis-Leistung perfekt.

First impression: its a nifty product that solves a common household problem! Its well-designed, portable, and easy to use. It runs for about 2-hours on a single charge which is sufficient for me. I suggest you use it with a 'heavy-duty' cleaner (e.g. Magic Grout Cleaner) for max effectiveness. It saves you a lot of scrubbing for sure. The lack of replacement brushes is a real concern which I hope the manufacturers will address asap.
