Pill cutter - Blue

I originally got this SEVEN months ago and promptly forgot about it. I found it today and I’m very pleased with it. Cuts pills in half fairly accurately and does a find job if I want to cut the half pills in halves for 1/4 doses. I’m also really happy with the pill holder keychain. Sometimes I forget to bring my travel pill case, but I’ll never forget my keys :)

I love this little pill cutter. It's my first, so I don't have anything to compare it to, but it works great! Nice, clean cuts. Very simple to use. The pills I'm cutting are pretty small - like 1/4" at most.

This little cutter works well on a variety of sized pills, the cuts are nice and clean without any crumble. The cutter is easy to clean and is very small so storage presents no issues.

This is works great. Just simple to use even thought I've dropped it a few times it has stayed together. It's made sturdy and and it's way better then the last pill cutter I bought in a store. I have a very small pill to cut and a big one and works great for both.

I bought this to cut the cost of some of my meds. I got a perscrption for one medication I take that is 2x my usual dose with the plan to split it (some pills can't be split, check with your doc or pharmacy). I tried splitting them by hand and with a butter knife, but this did not consistently work, so I ordered this splitter. Overall, it works great. You can let the split pill drop to the bottom of the splitter, and do one after another, which is convenient. The construction quality is good, and I've had no issues at all splittig pill reliably. It came with a metal pill case, but I haven't used it, so I can't comment on it.

This works okay, we'll keep it as a backup. The little cleaning brush and well-made keychain style pill holder are both useful adds. But this cutter does not cut as easily, sharply or consistently as the cheaper, Amazon-recommended pill cutter we had before. I just ordered another of those, they're smaller and look less impressive but they cut the small pills we were cutting (uncoated prednisone for our dog) much better than this one did. That's just our experience with these pills, YMMV of course.

This little gadget is perfect! I really think most of the less than 5 star reviews have been because of user errors in using, or maybe some pills just aren't made to be cut in half without crumbling. Another problem could be that big hands and big fingers, have difficulty with small pills. No fault of the cutter, but I can see how that might be frustrating. I have large magnesium pills that are above .08 in, and thick...cuts these perfectly. I have a smaller oval medication that I feel is too strong a Rx for me, so I take half, and it works perfectly on these as well. It helps to have nimble/small fingers, and I think some people have arthritis and other conditions that might make it difficult to maneuver a small pill into any sort of cutter. Not only does it do a great job on the pills I need to split, but it comes with a cute little metal pill jar, a tiny brush, good instructions, and a lovely invitation to let the manufacturer know if you have problems, because they will replace blades, give a new item if something is wrong with yours, or return your money! For $6, I am very impressed, and highly recommend this product. Yes, I did not get it for free, I really paid for it by my big-girl self.

Really good product. I have used others pill spillters before but they could not handle small to large pills and cut them down the middle with ease. Excellent pill spillter and greate carrying case

Muy útil, llegó bien empacado, corta excelente y no rompe las pastillas Pequeñas como otros. Muy recomendable, a demás tiene un pequeño pastillero y el cepillo limpiador. Excelente producto.

Es muy resistente a pesar de ser de plastico, su construccion es buena y tiene buen filo, trae un pequeño cepillo para limpiar residuos y un bote metalico pequeño tipo llavero para llevar tus dosis
