THIS IS THE ONE!
By far the best iron supplement I've tried- and i've tried quite a few. These did not upset my stomach like a lot of other iron pills have and they contain Vitamin C for proper absorption which is so important. I have extremely low ferritin and this specific supplement was recommended to me by my nutritionist!

Great product and easy to swallow
I take iron since I donate blood regularly and the iron complex is very helpful for me and reasonably priced. It's easy to swallow and the complex part helps you absorb the iron more effectively. If you take it with food, you won't have an issue, but if you take it on an empty stomach, it's hit or miss whether if gives you nausea as Iron supplements sometimes do.

Got my iron level up so fast.
I've been on iron for a year with no increase. After learning vitamin c helps your body absorb iron better I gave this a try and within a week my level was high enough to stop taking it.
