Would like to try for my son during class... is the movement quiet or "click-et-y"? Thx

It's a bit late for an answer, but my daughter (7) uses this in class and her teachers love that she has it. They said the other students really haven't even noticed yet that she has it. They keep it in their desks and when she's having problems they just hand it to her without saying a word. She fidgets with it while she works to regain control of herself then gives it back to them to put in their desks. It works wonders for us.

Product info dimensions "12 x 12 x 4 inches" cannot be correct. What are the dimensions- how big is each cube and how long is the strand?

Same experience. Product description is misleading. This is TINY. I will likely be returning it. the blocks are not 3/4". They are exactly 0.5" square. The entire thing is 6" long.
