hi, are these food safe? such as for oil or other liquid?

These seal well, and I can't think of any food-oriented liquid that would pose a threat to the plastic material. All bets are off though, for (1) harsh chemicals or (2) pressurized contents, e.g., from fermentation, carbonation, etc.

Is there a rubber seal inside the cap?

No rubber seal. Instead, the top of the bottle fits tightly into a ring on the underside of the cap. The cap is one-piece and made of slightly stretchy plastic. The result is a good seal. For a larger example, this works the same way as the caps on Gatorade bottles.

what type of plastic is this? What is the recycle code for the tube and the cap?

I don’t know what type(s) of plastic the vial or the cap are made of. There are no markings on the vial. This code appears inside the cap: BS●12

Do you receive 50 lids and 50 tubes or 25 of each (25 lids and 25 tubes)?

hello, you receive 50 lids and 50 tubes ,thank you.
