I am very happy with this purchase! Product is very good quality and it was easy to install. I have limited counter space, plus a gallon jug of dish detergent from Costco 🤣 so this is exactly what I needed!

I just installed a new faucet. the original faucet was a three hole unit. The new faucet was a one hole install so I had two extra holes. I blanked one and had wanted a soap dispenser for the remaining hole. Previous soap dispensers I have used were a pain to refill. You either had to reach up into a unreachable area to unscrew the bottle refill it and then try to get it back into basically a blind hole. The second option was to refill from the top and that usually resulted in overfilling it and having a mess. When I saw this product with the pump extension hose that let me draw from a large under cabinet bottle I thought "what a great idea" and immediately purchased it. I had questions but thought it was worth a try. Once I got it, my questions were answered and I was definitely impressed. This has been well thought out. The hose securely attaches to the pump assembly. It also has a check valve in the hose to prevent the contents from siphoning back into the supply bottle that is in the cabinet. There is also a filter end for the hose in the bottle. The hose was a good length that let me put my supply bottle anywhere I wanted and clips to fasten the supply hose so it's out of the way. There were an assortment of different size bottle plugs to hold the supply hose securely in the supply bottle. This product makes so much sense and takes care of what previously made soap dispensers a messy pain in the neck. The company really spent the time to think things out. Great job. Needless to say I'm very pleased with the dispenser.

Works great but the thread shaft is too short to attach to my counter. So the dispenser wobbles each time I use it. Sent an email on 3/25/26 asking for a longer thread shaft per directions. No response after 11 days, so will be returning it to find a company that does respond. Maybe charge an extra couple of dollars and make the thread shaft longer for all?? Update - Company sent an email and a replacement with a longer shaft. It came in before the 30 days to return it. My only complaint would be the response time. But the product works great and what I wanted. I would buy again.

I hesitated about purchasing this soap dispenser. Wow was i sorry for not getting it sooner! Took less than five minutes to install. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! It fits perfectly under the sink and the line can be cut so there isn't any excess getting in the way and the spout is nice length. Looks nice. Good quality product., nothing to rust. Worth every penny. Highly recommended. UPDATE: I SUGGEST TO PUT A SMALL AIR HOLE IN THE TOP OF THE SOAP BOTTLE HANDLE. THE SEAL IS TIGHT AND THE BOTTLE COLLAPSED.

We purchased two of these dispensers for our kitchen sink. One for hand soap, the other for hand lotion. The functionality of the hand soap is as expected. However, the other dispenser with the hand lotion is not working as it should. These units have a check valve in the tubing. This prevents the liquids from receiving in the tube. The hand lotion must be too thick or heavy, and it recedes back into the container, causing an air gap. Henceforth you cannot pump the lotion out of the container. Our one unit with that hand soap, the tip of the dispenser is disintegrating. It has created a sharp edge. He must be careful not to scratch or cut yourself. FYI, we were aware of the dispensing issue with certain product viscosities. However, I do not like the fact that one of them is disintegrating at its tip. I am having difficulty getting in touch with the company product support. After exhausting time on Amazon‘s customer support. Because being over a they gave me a link to the product company support. I just want it replaced because it seems the metal is defective and deteriorating. I was given a link to a electronics company as product support

Love these dispensers, 1 for dish soap the other for hand soap, so convenient.

easy to set up

Easy installation, looks clean and works great. Priming the line takes a while but expected with such a long line, once primed line hold soap and ready to use. The stoppers included work well on all sizes of dish soap bottles/jugs. Overall great product for the price

Brilliant. Only complaint was it only came with one rubber gasket, not two. Hopefully it doesn't leak but so far so good. It's long enough the dishsoap goes directly into my sink, I like that. Now I have handsoap and dishsoap and nothing on my counter! The colour is a bit off from 'stainless'. I my picture, it's the middle one.

Great soap dispenser that really cuts down on messy refills—just drop the tube into a big soap bottle and you’re set for weeks. Installation was quick and it fits well on my stainless sink. The pump feels sturdy and rotates smoothly, and I like that it can be used for different soaps or lotions. Only downside: the instructions are a bit hard to follow, and sometimes it takes a few pumps to get the soap flowing.
