It's a must as a cleaner.
I have one of the same forever now that I have it I'm so glad. Might need to do some vacuuming beforehand if you have four dogs like I do. However mopping is ever so simple now.

It’s ok.
This is not a vacuum! It will suck up small crumbs and stuff that the vacuum left behind but I wouldn’t rely on it for my normal vacuum. I have all hardwoods so this does wash pretty good. I also have 2 dogs so I also still mop regularly. It works alright for my throw rugs but I scrub those by hand every couple months because this will not get the ground in dirt out.

Great for Dog Owners
Living with eight dogs, we needed something to clean our ceramic tile floors. As the dogs are getting older, frequent "accidents" occur that need to be mopped up. The CrossWave works really well. Because it vacuums as well as washes the floor, it's a great "all in one" product. It's easy to use and does a very thorough job in cleaning and drying the floors. We use it primarily on the tile floors but I've also used it on carpet with equally positive results. We've only had it a few weeks, but have used it multiple times each day. Whoever designed it did a wonderful job.

Best cleaning machine ever! Love it!
We are a family of 5 with 1 dog and 1 cat. Our whole house is tile and vinyl and everyday dirt and sand get tracked in. This machine is amazing at picking up debris and hair as it mops. The floors come out shiny and streak free every time. The only down side is have to manually sweep under some furniture that the machine won't reach. I absolutely love it!

A shamble mess
I received a torn from top to bottom with holes in it carton. It was taped on the top in a real mess. What ever was inside rattled around. I was afraid a mouse or two was coming out. This was nothing I would give as a gift!!!!! I returned it immediately!!!!!!!! And now the cost is up .
