I decided to focus a little more on self-care this year, and whitening my teeth was high on the list. As a former smoker and someone who still drinks a lot of coffee and tea, my teeth were pretty stained and yellow, so I ordered this whitening kit in the 10% strength since I do have sensitive teeth. I’m just finishing up my last treatment from this round, and I can definitely see a noticeable difference in how many shades whiter my teeth are. They’re not perfect yet, but the improvement is obvious enough that I already ordered another round to keep going. Because of my sensitivity, I use it every other day instead of daily. As long as I space it out like that, I have little to no sensitivity, which has been a huge relief. I also appreciate that this is melon flavored. I can’t strongly taste it, but I can tell it’s not mint. Mint tends to really irritate and burn my gums, so I try to avoid it whenever possible. Having a non-mint option is a big plus for me. I’m really excited to keep going and see how much more my smile improves with the next round.

Work great. If your teeth are sensitive, the 10% are easier to tolerate.

I have used these for years. May dentist even sells them and recommends them. But I can watch for sales on Amazon. They do eventually whiten your teeth. They do work. It just takes a lot of of them. Way more than one box. To get as white as I would like. You can tell a little difference after one box. It’s a good product. It is very handy to have The product already in a mouthguard. But does not work as well as when I had a mouthguard and bought syringes of teeth bleach. Eventually, with enough boxes (4ish) and many nights of wear I got off of the charts white according to my dentist.

I am a dental hygienist and I am always recommending Opalescence Go to patients. The only downside is the sensitivity, I always recommend using a toothpaste for sensitivity 2 weeks before and after the treatments.

I have never tried to whiten my teeth. But I will tell you I can tell a significant difference just using this product one time! I would say it’s a 10 out of 10!

Works great unless you have a crack in your tooth and then the pain begins. Easy to use no taste just creates saliva.. unfortunately I could only use two packets due to crack and tooth.

I was very excited for these, as Opalescence is the brand recommended by my dentist, and I’ve had issues with other products and sensitivity. The green trays they come in are functionally useless, they make the inner trays fail to adhere to your teeth. Instead of sucking for two seconds like the instructions state, you’ll be sucking for two minutes. I worked around this, but it is also clear that sucking fails to move the gel strip on the bottom throughout the tray, which causes uneven whitening. I had to discontinue after using three because it was only whitening the tips of my teeth.

My teeth were pretty white to begin with. I mainly tried this system out to make sure it didn’t irritate my teeth because my daughter with sensitive teeth wanted me to try it before she did. I still have two days to go, but so far, the top trays haven’t gone on the way they’re supposed to even once. The inner tray comes out with the green one every single time and the gel gets all slopped around so I’m not even sure it’s covering my teeth properly after I set the inner tray on my teeth without using the applicator. I know I’m not doing it wrong because the lower trays have gone in flawlessly every time.
