Do you have a spec sheet for this switch?

No spec sheet was supplied. Product info is stated for switch. 5 amps at 125 volts I have used them for low voltage ~14 vdc , low current .0005 ma to 3 amps and have had no problems

What size terminals does it take?

Best I could tell the terminals look to be about 1/16 of an inch.

What size spade fits these mini terminals? the 2.8 mm ?twidec/2.8mm or 4.8mm female spade crimp terminal? thanks

They are mini size. Sorry no idea what size terminal end . I have seen them on stero speaker wire for a car
