MONEY SAVER & MORE!
If I would have known how many channels were still available for free, much less how easy it would be to install an antenna, I would’ve done this so so long ago. Ages ago. I barely paid attention to the install instructions, although they were so very easy. No long booklet of 15 different languages, simple steps that were very user-friendly and how to get set up quickly. The antenna itself is smaller than I expected, which I was happy about. I didn’t pay attention to the measurements listed. I thought it needed to be tall for a signal, I thought it was going be some odd looking thing I was going to have in a weird space out in the open. That could potentially look phallic. 😂 When in actuality, it is so small that it blends in with decor that I have around my television and you can’t even see it. I had no issues with having to find a spot for it to be a clear picture. The first place I put it. It worked perfectly with crystal clear reception. I don’t know if this is because I have windows in my living room, but I was just shocked and so happy about how easy it was to connect. The instructions say to have it as high as possible, so right now it is on a bookshelf, but, again, because it’s so discreet in size you can’t even see it mixed in with my bookshelf decor. These streaming companies that charge $90 a month JUST so you can see local news, I don’t understand how it’s legal according to FCC. Which, by the way, I checked, the FCC doesn’t regulate pricing of any kind for streaming services, nor what they offer. That’s another topic, but how is that legal? I’m currently on limited income and canceled all streaming services that aren’t somehow discounted by other membership, etc.. I also had some of my streaming services on auto draft and didn’t realize how expensive they had become. Ignorance is bliss, actually no it’s not. Even when I get into a better financial situation, I will not pay for those streaming services again. I’m able to watch local news, which means I can watch for the tornado warnings that I will have this afternoon. As opposed to some of the other “free live TV” streaming that shows “local news” for, yes, I counted, 22 other cities that mean nothing to my local safety or community. One time investment of $19, vs minimum of $89 a month. No counting the free coverage of some football games when the cheapest o found for just one sports channel was $20 a month. The only semi trick to setting it up was really based on my TV, and it had nothing to do with this product. Even then it just took 2 to 5 minutes of patience and reading through the e-manual on my Samsung. Hint: you have to find the feature that has your television search for all updated channels, no matter the connectivity. I also thought that I would have to change the source or input on my remote when I wanted to watch local TV from the antenna coverage, no it loaded into my TVs free channel lineup. So no flipping over even from source/input. Wish I would’ve done this years ago, and certainly will keep it no matter when better financial days 🙏🏻 come my way.

HIDB TV Antenna for Smart TV Indoor, Digital Indoor TV Antenna for Local Channels
this item works really well, that is once you figure out how to scan for channels, and then where to find them. This is on a roku t.v. The reception and quality of picture is great. very easy to install, just like cable or outside antenna. Can only go one place on my t.v. All and all this is a great product and would recommend it.

Good
I do feel like it’s a decent antenna I love the magnetic field it has on the bottom and how small it is. I do feel like I picked up some good channels and they are very clear no static or buffering. I was looking for a specific channel that I could not get before I brought this antenna and still don’t have after buying it. I feel like it’s my house NOT the antenna. But it better than my old antenna and it does work better than what I had before. I live in a main city

Antenna works great
The HIDB antenna has been working great. Due to Comcast and Scripps inability to reach a contract deal, I’m particularly happy that I bought. I’m unable to access Channel 7 and the Detroit and Orlando 7th basketball game is on Channel 7 this afternoon. I also watch a few other shows on Channel 7. I can access more than 200 channels. I needed help attaching the HDMI cord on the back of the TV, but my son in law had no difficulty.

Small antenna disadvantage is reception
Antenna is ok but does not deliver what is advertised. Reception could be much better if your looking for excellent reception then this product is not it. If you live in a populated area then you might be ok but getting the “sweet” spot to accomplish this may take some doing. Channels seem to go out from day to day constantly changing location even then it’s not easy. If you don’t mind spending a little time to get good reception it’s ok but if you hate having to spend time with those thing then don’t bother. Go for a 360 degree outdoor antenna with a fixed location.

Worked Well for us - however please read review
I have purchased many “Digital Antennas” in my day - I have different types- most are flat panels- this one works as well as all the others- However this type is a little more convenient as is not a flat panel and does not have be mounted on a wall or window. I actually chose this antenna because it was not a flat panel and the price was good. If you have never purchased a digital antenna before- positioning is key - you may have to experiment a bit - Usually putting it close to a window and elevating it if possible helps - I am presently using 6 in my house each antenna picks up different channels usually about 50 depending on what part of the house I am in- for example we get ABC in the back of the house but not the front - simply the back of our house faces Philly. Also be aware that the channels you do get are not “prime” so to speak- a lot of the channels are old movies, old tv shows - kids stuff - a few in non English language- these off channels are actually very entertaining for a older guy like me. Most of my TVs do get the network channels ABC, CBS, NBC, or at least 2 of them it varies on what part of the house. By the way the picture quality is excellent!

Robust little antenna
The antenna seems to be well made and a good value for the money. The antenna is small but powerful. I liked the versatility of the magnet base. I was able to hang it in the window from the metal curtain rod. Installation was a snap and picture quality was good. Because I live in a valley next to a mountain the channel selection was limited.

Performs well. Strong magnetic base. No metal plate described by Rufus ai on Amazon.
Antenna is well made and picks up hundreds of channels from 3rd floor indoors, living bout 30 miles west of towers in NYC. Antenna has a strong magnetic base however it does NOT have the metal plate that Amazon/Rufus describes as follows: "Yes, the HIDB TV Antenna can be mounted on a wall using the included round metal plate that ships with the antenna." So if you need to mount the Antenna to a non-ferrous surface (e.g., wooden window frame), you will need to fabricate a metal plate. The vendor verified they do not offer a metal plate with this product when I inquired if it was missing.

Not working well
My previous antenna works much better than this device. I would like to increase the number of channels but the opposite happens with this product. Not recommended.

First class product Delivered in less than 24 hrs.
After cutting cable costs, I owned a Mohu antenna for 5 years. I have tried other antenna to replace it. This is by far the best reception & easiest to mount on its magnetic base . I face north away from the CN Tower and reception is clear picking up 8 channels. The most that I would ever watch CTV, TVO , Global ,City and Radio Canada all as clear even the best cable. I also pick up 3 ethic channels but do not watch them. If I still had cable I would have had to pay for them irrespective. The simple coaxial cable is so easy no need for a UHB port. I highly recommended this inexpensive product.
