This is the cutest memory foam neck pillow! It is not as comfortable in a lying down position as it is in an upright position in a car or plane, for instance. The sleeping mask is SUPER comfortable. Even if I hadn't liked the pillow, I might have kept it just because of the eye mask. It is the softest mask, very elastic, but tight enough to have a comfortable (not uncomfortable) amount of pressure (pressure isn't on the eyes). I just wish this pillow had a little more "give"/squishiness to the back of my head when I lay down with it. That is an area where microbeads win. The pillow is constructed incredibly well and is very very soft. It is just a bit too "firm" for a bed setting (sleeping) but would be great if you're sitting upright against a wall or a car seat. Some may not mind the firmness, but I have a headache prone head, so this does not help the back of my neck in this aspect. THESE PILLOWS ARE ADORABLE AND SO SOFT, you're getting a great great deal, they even come with a nice waterproof carrying bag with tie closure!

I purchased this neck pillow for a long international flight. Once I opened it I thought the bag was going to be useless. The pillow is memory foam and was rolled up into the bag. I was surprised how it went back into the bag when curled just like it was when it was delivered. The pillow also came with some nice earplugs and sleep mask. The fabric is soft and comfortable. The only negative (making it 4 star rather than 5) is the slide lock strings. Mine do not look like the photo and does not allow the wearer to tighten the neck strings in order to hold the pillow in place. I would have really liked that. Not sure if this is a defect or if the product is actually different than the photo. Overall I am pleased with the product.

I bought this travel pillow for my son, and just like his sister, it quickly became his favorite thing to carry on flights and long drives. Quality for the price I paid is great. 5 starts for that. However, I received used item, tag was ripped and without packaging. Due to timing I didn’t have time to exchange.

I have purchased different neck pillows in the past, I had to travel 5 hours by plane last month, and I had tried the neck pillows that were sold at the stores, those were not giving any support. So glad that I found this one, it has a nice outer cover that is like touching velvet, the zipper is very well hidden at the top and it won't snag your hair. The pillow case is removable to be washed in cold water, I washed it and hung dry, the size and the shape didn't change. I also like the fact that the underside where it comes in contact with your neck/shoulder is contoured, it fits very comfortably. There is a plastic button that can extend the cord to enlarge or tighten, and a push of the side button will release it so that you can put it on your neck. I am so happy for this find, and my daughter also got one.

The shape of this pillow provides better comfort than other similar neck pillows. It is firm, providing good support. The cover is washable, and fairly easy to remove & place.

I use this pillow on national and international flights. I find the clasp that joins the two sides in the front to be very useful. Depending on whether I'm laying down or upright in the airline seat, I can spin the travel pillow around to get the right angle to prop-up my head below my chin. I've fallen asleep comfortably several times once I get the pillow rotated around to support my head properly. I've yet to have a stiff neck when I use this pillow, from coach class to first class. I chose the blue fabric. It doesn't make my neck itch, and I don't get hot using this pillow, as others have commented. I also appreciate the little black bag to put the pillow back in to. This is my first memory foam neck pillow, and I am impressed with the quality and value.
