Great product for the money
I like the fit and finish of the crank set. The only problem I had was the powder coat that gets in the spindle splines of the crank arms makes it a hard to start fit initially but once it is on and tight it fits real nice. Great product otherwise.

Would avoid, threading done poorly on one crank arm I got, suggest very poor quality control, and likelihood to fail on you.
Maybe I just have horrible luck. But the crank I received was defective by craftsmanship.Receiver for the pedal on the left hand side, used non drive side in my case, completely stripped out (Less than three weeks). Pedal was greased, not cross threaded, and put on professionally at the proper torque. When taken off to exam, threading of the receiver was 'spooled' about the threading of the pedal, literally like a long hair wrapped about it in the threads (Pedal threads completely fine as the day they were threaded). This indicates the tapping was done incorrectly on the one crank arm's pedal receiver, and the threads were too 'thin' or basically done wrong initially and then re-tapped over, leaving them unsound, and bound to strip out with the otherwise completely normal self tightening action the pedal would have normally done.Contacting the seller now to see how I can go about getting this fixed or replaced. I hope this is just a one off. As my bike is also my only means of commuting to work (and hence something I rely to feed and shelter my family), this parts defectiveness is hitting me very harshly. I cannot afford to get another 48 spline crank at this time. And even if I can, my bike being down as I await a refund/replacement/whatever, means as the rainy season of the Pacific Northwest is hitting I now have to rely on public transportation to take me as far as it can, than walk by foot six miles to get home at midnight through countryside.Basically because someone didn't take the time to start over anew after mis-tapping a pedal receiver, I am now going to be in a very bad place for the next few weeks. I to say the least do not see myself buying this manufacture's products again as reliability of materials and craftsmanship is of critical importance to me.

Eastern Bikes in on the RISE!!!
F.Y.I - I purchased these via Amazon Warehouse. Therefore the cheaper price did influence my rating. In all honesty, I didn't need them...yet at the price I paid...it had to be doneLooks - 9/10 My only complaint is the white Eastern Throttle logo is facing towards the inside and not the outside. Not sure if it was meant to be like that or maybe I installed them incorrectly. Value - 10/10Paid like $30Installation - 5/10It was extremely difficult to get the spindle and crank arms to slide in. Once again these are from Amazon Warehouse. So perhaps someone tried to get them to fit, caused some thread damage and therefore returned them. I personally could not get them to slide in without force...which in this case is the use of a rubber mallet. I know I know....not the greatest idea, but it worked and I was finally able to get them through. Performance - 10/10(Note: During installation I also replaced the sprocket & BB bearings.)I'm a big guy, so when the cranks are low quality or need of maintenance. I'll definitely hear it once I place any weight on the right pedal. To my surprise, these are able to handle my weight without issues. This bike is my "cheapest" one. The frame is from DK, but it's basically a Walmart bike. Previously there was no comparison between this bike and my FIT, Cult & GT bikes. Yet I actually took the bike for a spin the other day and I was amazed on how fast/smooth it rides.

Love these cranks
I cleaned the splines up with a small wire brush and put some grease on it. And they slid right on. You don't need a hammer or anything. They don't come loose like my stolen v2 cranks and feel great
