I purchased this scrabble game, and it had 6 missing letters, can I have the missing tiles/letters replaced?

Thanks for your question.  I see that it was asked quite a while ago, so I'm sorry the reply is coming so late.  Hopefully your issue is already resolved, but if not, and for the benefit of others who may have the same question, here's the answer.

The manufacturer, Winning Solutions, doing business as WS Game Company, has a replacement parts department that can send out any missing or damaged components.

You can either contact your seller or the manufacturer to request replacement parts.  Direct contact info like phone numbers and email addresses are often removed in these answers, so I will suggest that you just do a simple web search using the name of the manufacturer.  You'll find a contact section on their website, along with their phone number.  You can contact them directly.  They are very responsive to replacement parts requests.

How many letter tiles are included? Is it the same amount as the board version?

The standard assortment of 100 Scrabble Letter Tiles is included with this edition.  If you zoom in on the image of the board in the gallery, you'll see that the maker has the distribution printed on the board in the lower right corner.

Hi there!  Thanks for your question.

I see that it was asked quite a while ago, so I'm sorry the reply is coming so late.

The simple answer is that this item is produced in small batches, just a couple of times per year.  We often run out of the item around the Winter holidays and get restocked in the Spring.  At some point, demand for the item may be sufficient to motivate the manufacturer to make sure there is always stock of the item, but until then, our advice is: when you see it for sale, if you want 1, get it.
