Ok, Yes it is a few bucks more than most but look at what it does. I searched Amazon and this is the only fully adjustable foot rest out there at this time. You can raise the back, lower the front or vice versa. It is super simple to do and it did come with instructions unlike another review said. But, it is simple to figure out without them. The plastic is very firm and does not look like it is likely to break under normal use of course time will tell and if it breaks I will update this review. As for structural strength, it is there. The plastic is like a nylon in that it is strong. The metal adjusters are well made and are not hard to adjust. Both work simultaneously showing that the construction is good. I do not know why another reviewer had issues. The pad is tied on and does come off. It could be tighter with Velcro later if needed. But, some may want to use this at work with shoes so the pad would not be necessary. As for weight it is not heavy. In fact, the plastic gives it that advantage. The feet are pads of adhesive rubber that might come off but, if you are careful to put them on inside the raised circles they stick really well and so far, have not come off. Perhaps a push on rubber foot might be better but again, it is fine so far. The only negative for some might be the name of the product in Chinese Ideograms instead of English characters. But then, as long as it is no difference to you where it comes from, it is no matter as a company should be proud of it's name regardless of the language. Again, this foot stool is the only fully adjustable like it that I could find in September of 2020. And, it seems tough enough to do what is designed to do. DO NOT stand on it because that is not smart and a way to ask for trouble. It is a footrest not a chair that even though it might handle quite a bit of weight remember what its purpose is. After we use this for a few months I will revisit and update if anything breaks. And one more thing...it arrived on time! Thanks all.

Wonderful product. Love the different positions you can adjust too. Very easy to switch positions as well.

My hubs works at home, and hangs out at the computer forever each day. I noticed he was getting puffy around his ankles. I ordered this for him so he could adjust it how he wanted, either up pretty high, or even just a little elevated to prop up his feet a bit. It’s helped his swelling a lot. And it makes his time at the computer much more comfortable. It’s easy to adjust while he’s working, and it folds up nice and small when he’s not using it. It has a faux leather upholstery, and I’m not sure how long that will last, but for now it looks like very good, solid construction. This would be good for anybody with a desk job, who sits and crochets or knits for long periods, or anybody with lymphoedema and swelling. It’s a good buy for the money.

Adjustable and comfy, but does not feel worth the price. The plastic of this model is very cheap feeling, and if set a certain way, the plastic will buckle under the weight of my feet. Feels like more of a $30 unit rather than $69.

At first is pretty good, how customizable the foot rest was was really great. However I'm now on Amazon look for it's replacement about 7.5 months later. Basically the plastic parts twisted, warped and cracked over time. It no longer sits flat on the floor as the bottom has become rounded and rocks. Even though the metal brackets are set the same on both sides, the rest platform sits at an angle. It's been gradually getting worse over time and it has finally become not uncomfortable to use; the brackets no longer lock in place well and sometimes just collapses, and more issues.

this foot rest has many problems , the cushion slides around as its onlt attached by velcro strap anchor points ,it is very small leading you to relax in a confined and dainty way , and it struggles to stay put when you want it to or adjust conveniently . you have to adjust it by hand then place it down and move it around untill your satisfied untill you get extremely adept at how it works and sometimes you can manage to manipulate it into a different desirable positions with your feet . it can be easily moved out of position by accident on both carpet and hard floors because no effort is made to have legs or any kind of non slip staying power , its base is just hard plastic . you cannot push agaisnt it and this reduces alot of ways it could be used . i wish it were bigger and better in every way , the price at $60 is sad and much too expensive , at $25-$30 it would be understandable and even then you would have to look passed the many obvious flaws, AN OVERPRICED NON-PREMIUM PRODUCT

Not a corporate shill - there seem to be a lot of polarizing views on this product which made me skeptical of buying but as an authentic reviewer can say that I highly recommend it after a couple of weeks of usage. Yes the instructions leave much to be desired but since it comes fully assembled there's not much need for them. I'm average sized so dunno about the people complaining they broke it - works fine for 160lb male. Even made the cardinal sin of standing on it a couple of times and it's good. Hugely diverse set of positions and has never once collapsed or changed shape without intentionally doing it myself

It is so light it just topples over or moves around with the slightest touch. It's also not very wide at all so quite impractical to have both legs on it.

The purchase and delivery went off without a problem and the stool is being put to good use in an aged care home. A very successful purchase.

Even after making sure the pins are slotted nicely into the grooves, the foot stool collapses under the weight of my feet when I rest them on top. I am a very petite person so it isn't that I have abnormally heavy feet. The pins stay in the grooves, but the problem seems to be that the other non-adjustable bolts don't hold the frame in place. Extremely uncomfortable trying to get into a good posture with it, and seems to be giving me a sore back even though I didn't have a back issue before. I was actually more comfortable before just using a wooden box. Very disappointing.
