Great Compressor for Trucks
This compressor is amazing. I have gone from dreading to fill up my truck tires because it took so long to actually looking for a reason to check my tires and top off the pressure. The other great thing about this unit is the portability of being able to run it off your truck's battery. It is best to run the compressor with the engine running so as not to drain the battery when used. I also think it is a good idea to let the compressor cool off periodically so as not to overheat. You may not need this compressor's speed and capacity for tire pressure that is 35 PSI but it is great for 65 PSI or more.

Good pump but poor hose
I have used this pump a few times in the last year. The tires on my truck and trailer are all 110PSI tires. The pump works very good and is fast. It's pretty heavy, which I don't mind, but I wouldn't want it any heavier. Since it can only operate when connected to a battery, being able to reach the tires you want to inflate can be an issue, especially on the trailer. This was a problem for me. The hose that comes with it is the curly kind, which I don't like. It's always under tension so it's trying to pull back to the compressor when stretching out to fill a tire. It's also a cheap setup. The connections are not strong enough to stay together when stretching out and/or inflating to 110 PSI. The fist time I used it the filler valve (it's the kind that has the lever to hold it on the valve stem) came apart from the hose on 2 of my tires. When this happens the tire deflates as there is nothing keeping the air in the tire. The filler valve is just a press fit on the hose that's easily pulled apart. I threw the hose away and used a regular air hose and I'm much happier. This solved my distance problem also.

Portable or ARB
I was considering a ARB system or portable. After much research I decided on the portable unit. Then it was deciding which portable unit. I reviewed many portables and decided on this unit. I am VERY happy with the units performance. I fill my 35 in tires from 10 lbs to 30 lbs in about 3 minutes for each tire. That is a total of about 12-15 minutes total. Well under the cycling rating for the unit (20/40). Very happy with this unit and I can take it with me in other vehicles if needed. The only issue to be aware of is the compressor air hose outlet and handle does get hot. Normal part of functionality but just note. I love it!

It's decent to get the job done. But it ...
It's decent to get the job done. But it fills with water and shoots it out with air. It also gets extremely hot at the connection port and misshapes and misforms the rubber. It's ok.

MF Q90 compressor best portable I have used.
The MF Q90 is fast at filling tires.I filled a 35-12.50 15 from 0-28 and a 285-75 16 from 30 to 60 in less than 4 minutes combined for both of them.It feels sturdy and strong.I have recommended it to all my 4wheeling friends that are looking for one.The only thing that could be considered a negative is that it is heavy.I plan on hard mounting it in one of my jeeps and then later buying another to mount in my other jeep.

SAVE YOUR $
It works, barely. Cheap materials and gets HOT. Pressure guage was 14 lbs off! Better have an accurate tire pressure guage with you. Trashed this one and bought a Viair.

Save your money!
Worked ok for a short while then stopped and left me in a bind. Get hot as hell running and the hose and fittings are cheap crap. Bag is cheap and sucks. For this money there are much better options. In fact spend more money and get something good. Update: I now have the VIAIR 450-P and it is LIGHTYEARS better than this unit. The VIAIR is MUCH quieter, has much higher output, high quality hose and fittings and does not get nearly as hot as this thing did. The VIAIR 450-P can be ran for up to one hour at over a 100 PSI without having to cool down. Spend your money on the good stuff and leave this one.

Best 12 volt compressor I've used
Inflated my truck tires from 25 to 35 psi in under a minute. They've updated the air hose on the compressor end with a section of heavier hose better resistant to the heat buildup. It is larger then I thought it would be. But if you deflate/inflate your tires for off-road adventures the inconvenience of size is worth it due to it's speed. So far no problems and a fair bit less then competitor's.

Used for filling deflated tires on off roading

for a $250+ compressor, i would expect a better air hose. I feel that in harsh winter temperatures, the hose can easily break.

Design is very good. Quality is very not good. I still think it will work for a while
