I have used Parker Jotter for more then 25 years now. I have always liked and preferred Parker Jotters. Now, there is more to love about Parker Pens as they truly care about writers experience and preference. I have order duo set as it was very good price. The jotter fountain pen came in Medium point, upon writing it first time with medium point nib, I did not like it so much (it was smooth but still it was not my preference). So I was looking online to see if i can replace Medium nib with Fine point nib & I came across Parker's Nib replacement program (Parker will replace nib within 28 days of your purchase). When I contacted them and they asked me to send pictures of current product and proof of purchase. Once submitted, they sent me replacement immediately without any cost. they were prompt in answering my inquiry and providing solutions. I Definitely Recommended it.

Unusable
The fountain pen was threaded with cheap plastic and the ink was impossible to insert. After 30 minutes of struggling with it, I gave up. At least the ink mess washed out of my hands. Poor quality overall. They also didn't include any of the extra inks. I called the Parker phone number indicated on the support page here and they assured me they don't even sell on Amazon. Returned.
