I'm a 67 year old Masters swimmer and dealing with some shoulder issues. I have arthritis and I swim for fitness and pain management. It was also highly recommended by my daughter , who is a cross fit instructor. The program certainly does what it claims. I began to notice some improvement only after a few days. I do have some of the red flag issues they mention in the training manual and videos but I have been checked by doctors and approved for workouts. I have cervical stenosis and burning nerve pain on occasion in my neck and left shoulder. Swimming takes it away for a while and the crossover cord workout also seems to be helping my overall shoulder health.The videos on their website are very good and helpful for starting out. I'm only a few weeks into it and still not fully doing everything. I also am using the lighter cord still for a couple of the heavy cord routines but I will will be moving up soon. This workout is simple, quick, and it works! I'm giving it 4 stars because I think the price is a little high. I got the set with the door straps which don't work too well on my doors as the buckles are too thick to fit in the space between the wall and my hinges. Also, most of my doors are too close to the walls to do the workouts but the straps do work on car doors and I have used them that way during my breaks at work. They only come with one mounting option. I currently have mine wall mounted with some eyes from my local hardware store. For $195, they should include all the mounting options IMO. It is a well made product and will probably last a long time and as I mentioned, the workout works.

First-ever Amazon review although I've been a customer for over a decade and spend thousands here on a yearly basis.... that should tell you something.I'm a 36 yr old athletic male ( workout 4x/week with compound lifts at multiples of my BW) and I suffered from chronic shoulder pain for more than 2 yrs. Saw a few "celebrity" sports medicine doctors and physiotherapists - upon examination I failed classic tests for SLAP tears and was prompted to consider surgery, which I refused. I watched every available Youtube video and read every book/blog on shoulder health and exercises for contributing muscular structures that support the shoulder (e.g. t-spine mobility, pec-minor release, cuff strengthening, etc, etc, etc.). I tried it all. Nothing worked. I learned about Crossover Symmetry from a friend (a former D1 college pitcher) who mentioned it was unequivocally the best available program for shoulder rehab and injury prevention - the guy also has a 405b bench at 170lb bodyweight, so I listened. I was desperate for relief and wanted to avoid surgery, so I bit the bullet and spent the money (yes, this system is pricey) but deep-down was skeptical and prepared for disappointment. I committed to doing the Activation protocol 2x a day for 30 days - used the door straps to set up the system inside my bathroom and completed each session before showering to make it part of my day-to-day routine. Two weeks in, I started feeling some relief. 30 days in, I could pass the "empty can" test for SLAP tears with 0 pain after two years!! I kept going for another 2 months for a total of 90 days and become completely pain-free. I've since kept on going for preventative purposes and do the Activation protocol 1x a day and the Recovery protocol after every workout. My shoulder is the strongest it has been in years and I have 0 (zero!) absolutely 0 pain. Please do yourself a favor and give this a try. IT WORKS. On a personal note, to the folks at Crossover Symmetry, if you are reading this I am unbelievably grateful and hope your company thrives - you are truly making the world a better place by making/keeping people pain free and you should be immensely proud of your impact in the lives of your customers.

Great product! Was having shoulder pain after workouts, especially in my left shoulder where I had a previous injury. Was looking for a natural solution that didn't involve M.D's who would probably tell me to stop working out, at the least. I had seen crossover symmetry ads on social media, but was hesitant due to the price. I finally decided that I had to do something, so i ordered this kit. I have only had it for a couple of weeks, but am very pleased with it so far. My shoulder pain has already decreased by just using the activation program a few times a day, including about an hour before workout. I highly recommend this product. The way I looked at it was, even if it didn't completely fix my issue, it's still something I should be doing to strengthen my shoulders in preparation for rigorous workouts, and hopefully prevent any future issues.

I cannot recommend this enough after six months of a injured shoulder this fixed me within a week and after 30 days I’m completely healed I am really shocked. Absolutely excellent

My shoulders have never felt better, I do these for every warmup and do the Iron Scap program 1-3 times a week. I've been crossfitting for over ten years, consider myself fairly strong but not a competitive crossfitter. The athletic straps have been perfect. Maybe I'll eventually go to the Elite straps but for now I'm more than happy with the athletic straps and they are challenging enough.

Expensive, but worth it. Totally transforms shoulders and even my neck feels stronger.

I RARELY review items but the Crossover Symmetry is an amazing system. I believe it helps keep my shoulders strong and stable. I use the activation faithfully before swimming. I had used it at CrossFit and noted increased shoulder stability and increase in my overhead lifts. I purchased it for my home when I took a break from CrossFit. I highly recommend this.

This really improved the strength and mobility in my shoulder. I was dealing with debilitating shoulder pain for over a year. Rather than go through expensive treatments I decided to give this a try. Not only did my pain go away, but now I’m able to do some exercises I couldn’t do before.

I have a pretty smashed up shoulder with all sort of issues. I’m completly honest when I say that after only two times using it, I have seen a big improvement. As a CFL1 coach I already recommanded it to an athlete. The price tag bugged me at first, but this thing really works, very pleasant to do and easy to set up even for a lazy guy like me. Great product!!

Great, just started using this only issue is I tried to order the door belt one and somehow ended up with the squat rack. Now I can only use in the gym. Hopefully you can send me the door belts like I initially had wanted and tried to order and I can get these shoulders fixed up proper

Been using for a few weeks now and already feeling an improvement. Torn rotator cuff injury last year, so I'm using it to strengthen the muscles.
