I've used many, many weight loss supplements before.but this one has by far hands down been the best! I had purchased this product a year ago and it worked great . I had really hoped that this product would work, but when I checked the ingredients, I discovered calcium, the mineral that blocks most of Garcinia Camboglia's fat-blocking properties. I have been taking it anyway, but it really has not done much.

This products is absolutely the best that I have tried. My friends and family notice immediately after I start taking it the change to my body's appearance. I take to 2-pills first thing in the morning with a large glass of room temp. water then breakfast about 1 hour later, then 2-pills in the very early evening or before I leave work. I have to set reminder to eat every 3 hours after that because I do not feel hungry but must eat small amounts. My daughter takes it as well and her attitude becomes pleasant instead of aggressive.
