You will have to hook it up ta an HDMI/DP output in order to use it. For example an laptop, PC or xbox/ps, etc.

How do i get sound from this? Im using a xbox series s

There are NO SPEAKERS in the monitor. Which is GOOD. Built in speakers are ALWAYS crap. You want it to sound better than a laptop. Run the audio from the computer into the aux port on any audio system, or get a pair of powered speakers. Or, get a decent set of headphones or earbuds.
