Does it fit the pure cool link tp01 model?

It works for my TP02 model, i don’t know about the other models.

Can you rinse and reuse these , has Anyone had experiences doing so

No! Do not believe it’s recommended. My husband at one time decided to rinse our dyson that had fine dust from remodeling; needless to say we bought a new one!

Can you tell me if it is easy to fix the filter?

It will completely replace the previous one. It is very easy to swap out.
