Can the sheet be drilled and would it take a shelf tapping screw? I'm thinking of using it for a shelf but I would need to fix to it.

I had no problems drilling my sheet as for self tapping screw's I don't know I think it would cause it to split

What are the edges like smothed or sharp ? want to use this for pc tower system on instead of the floor. would this take 30kg without warping?

The edges come to a fairly sharp corner, so you may want to file them or use a deburring tool to add a chamfer. A 10mm plate of this material may take 30kg, but it might depend on how long and wide it is, and on how the material is supported underneath and how the weight is distributed on top.
