While I have been messing around inside PC cases for many years, installing expansion cards, swapping out processors and memory, replacing drives, etc., I never had undertaken the task of a build from scratch, so this was my first. This build was to be my HTPC(Media Center), for running KODI(XMBC). For a first time build, I was exceedingly pleased, with spacious interior and access from three sides. There is plenty of drive bays to accommodate, the following... Three 3.5" HDs, a 3.5" Floppy drive(Which, I did not make use of), a 5.25" Optical drive and one 2.5" HD. With six SATA ports available on my Gigabytes - 78LMT-USB3.0 motherboard, I got a little creative using Sabrent's Dual capacity 2.5" to 3.5" drive bay mounting adapters and one SATA breakout cable, I now have a total of 6 2.5" drives recovered from old laptops, one 3.5" HD drive, used as my boot drive.and finally, one Optical Blu-ray/DVD drive. At the moment, I am using the onboard graphics, provided on the motherboard, but the case, even with my little customizations, still has plenty of room for any future dedicated graphics card or other expansion cards, your motherboard may accommodate. With the flip open chassis, the installation of the Standard ATX PSU, Motherboard and peripheral drives, was a breeze. Any routing of cables and wires was just as easy. If I had one complaint, it would have to be the quality of the manual. It really seemed to be just a photocopy and the quality of the images is very poor, so when the instructions, say "Install as Shown"... your kinda on your own! Fortunately for us, the manual is available on Apevia's Website. And while figuring out how to use the "flip-open" feature may not be particularly intuitive, it is a most welcome feature to be sure. I would recommend this case to anyone considering it's purchase. Additionally, the case, was a little larger, than I had pictured in my mind, but, the expansive space, was more appreciated.. A brief word of advice to the first time builder in general. Do Your Homework! Make sure, all your components will play nice together. Your Motherboard and Power Supply, need to be compatible with your case. Your Processor and Memory, need to be compatible with your Motherboard. The number and configuration of all your drives, need power and a corresponding interface on your motherboard. Make sure, your motherboard, has the required available expansion slots to accommodate your graphics card or any other expansion cards, you'd like to use. One last note. I saved about half the cost, on this build, by reincarnating a few older hard drives and purchasing a slightly used processor, memory and optical drive. The only new components that bought for this build, was the Apevia case, a Gigabyte Motherboard and a few Sabrent brackets. Don't be completely afraid of buying used, and possibly saving, some dough, but use good common sense, when selecting where or to whom, you purchase your parts from. CASE APPROVED.

Want went inside; Mobo; ASRock 970M Pro3 CPU: AMD FX-8350 Black Edition GPU: SAPPHIRE Tri-X Radeon R9 390X RAM: G.SKILL Ares Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) PSU: CORSAIR AX series AX760 HDD:1TB 3.5" SDD:250gb I was very wary at first, cause given the size of the card and the location of the disk drive bays I did not think it would fit. But the advertised GPU space was correct and there was ample room. First off ill start with my only con, more of a personal gripe.The biggest issue I had was the PSU was modular, and the cables were an absolute pain in the A** to connect. I had to mount the PSU first then use the small vents to run the wire thru the "cage: where the PSU sits and about half an inch of spare room to reach thru and try to connect them using just my finger tips. I have large sausage-esqu finger and like i said it was a literal pain. Other that then the case fit everything it said it would, and the fact that the case front flips forward on a hinge to allow more room to install, and maintain parts is the best feature I have ever seen on a case, and I wish they all did that. I get excellent ventilation with the built in fan, and the two 120mm fans I installed, my GPU runs hard and loud, and the temperature inside is steady, and well within running temps. I also like how it has an extra set of headphone and mic inputs on top of the case, as well as the usb ports as when mounted on the floor this allows me easier access to them with out having to bend as low, or reach around the case to the motherboard inputs. The color is nice, bright pink, with a slightly dark reddish see thru panel on both sides. Nothing came broken or damaged on the front or top panel like some others have reported. I would accuse them of being too rough with it, or pulling it down and away instead of out, cause I had no issue with the clips holding them in place whatsoever. Overall I am greatly satisfied with the purchase, it fits everything that it advertises it will, all the space measurements are accurate. If you do your research correctly, there is no reason that any of the parts you intend to use in it, that it allows wont fit. Just make sure you buy the right sized components. This is one of my first Reviews on something but i was just very happy with the case, i wanted to help people who might be looking at it but wasn't sure like i was before buying this case. I was using this case in a build for a niece who needed a simple computer for some lighter gaming and basic internet browsing. This case has a nice amount of room inside despite how small it is i was very happy with how i was able to clean up the wires in this case it has tie off points around some key areas that you would need them not many but a nice touch for a around a 50$ case, seen higher costing cases with out this feature.... It was very easy to break it down front you can pull it off to get to that front 140mm fan, (for the front make sure you if your using the front slots to make sure it's flush with the front i had to take it back off when i saw i had the CD drive too far back.) The top prys off as well after you take out 4 screws watch your front panel wires though... it's part of it, would like to see that addressed if they make another model of this case, front panel wires should stay with the case not parts that you need to take off to get to things on the computer. once you take off those screws you can pull the whole top of the case towards the front like a hatch so it's easier to work in the case. Was very happy to see the 2 HDD cages on the Bottom with SSD ready holes, as well as 1 SSD Cage under the 5 and a quarter drive, the cages felt very sturdy also very nice to see. The side window panels are very easy to slide in and out of place, have worked in cases costing alot more then this where they would be a pain in the ass to slide back into place. The windows on the side panels are not the best but for 50$ i expected them to be cheaper all the other features in the case are much more important then a window. One came with a scratch in the bottom left but no big deal really. i saw the Mobo tray has a cutout but in order to fully get to it easy the power supply would have to be out nice to see though in case you need to get to the under side and can still do it with the PSU installed still. Pros: -SSD ready -5.25 inch drive (for me at least some might see this as a con but i like em for fan controllers or if i want a CD/Bluray drive) -USB 3.0 connector -Nice amount of room and areas to tuck cables away -Cable tie loops Cons: -Not very good dust filters, having dust pull out dust filters would have made this a 4.5 star case for me, (The PSU has one but it's very cheap see picture) -Side windows are not the best, but for this price point they are fine. -major one for me, the PCI back slots can't be put back in.... once it's off it's off. I know it saves money but cases need to not do this anymore it's garbage (and this would have made it a 5 star case for me if the dust filters would also be addressed) -front panel wires are not blacked out, again another thing cases need to stop doing it can't cost that much to have black wires, if the case had no windows fine i would live with it, but this has 2 windows so people generally will care what the inside looks like. (But i will point out they had them zip-tied so they wouldn't be a mess for the build) -front panel wires are attached to the top panel, when you need to get to that top fan and you pull off the top panel those damn wires come with it kind of a pain if i need to get back in the top but don't want to detach the wires from the Mobo. Overall very happy with the case, i would use it in another build should i need a form factor this small again was very fun to build in. Excellent little cube case for one of my kid's PC builds. Easy to work inside of, and plenty of room. I built it with the following components: AsRock H87M Pro4 mainboard, 2x4GB DDR3 1600 G.Skill, Pentium G3258A, Cryorig H7 (plenty of clearance with or without top exhaust fan!), 640GB HDD, DVD drive, a EVGA GTX660OC, and an EVGA 500W KR PSU to power it all. Fit great. I also installed a Cooler Master 120MM fan at the rear exhaust, and have both fans on a quiet speed. The system keeps cool and quiet, is super stable and the case looks neat. My son loves this PC and uses it frequently, shows it off to visitors. Having the case hinged also helps with installing components and getting into hard-to-reach places. Just keep in mind with cable management if you want to be able to use the hinge feature or not. The minor annoyance of the extra screws to unlock the hinged part are actually a good idea, but for someone like myself that builds 100s of systems that's wasted time for a feature I actually like to use. But in the same breath it is also a safety and point of strength to keep everything together. Overall I would highly recommend this case for a nice budget mATX/mITX build. The case is clean in appearance, looks modern without being too over-the-top. It is super easy to work on and in, and has all the decent standard features at a very appealing price point. I've used Apevia for years...back when they were named Aspire...in-fact one of the older mid tower cases from over 10 years ago is still in service today. This is one of my favorite cases from them and I will continue to be using them for builds for some time to come.

Pros: Horizontal motherboard design. Roomy enough for cpu coolers and large graphics cards Quality, sturdy materials It has 3.5 and 2.5 inch bays on the front for optical drives, etc, making it a better case for a multi-media PC than many of the gaming cases, though the size is a factor. Cons: Pci-e slots are hard to seat cards in. I had to remove the face-plate on a RX5700, install the face-plate first, and the reinstall it to the graphics card. I spent a lot of time trying to get it into place before doing this and there was just no way I was going to be able to do it any other way. The plastic clear sides are incredibly easy to scratch. The power led and the hdd led are extremely bright and distracting when playing games or watching movies in a dark room. I had to put something over them. I can't understand why electronic makers often put these really bright flashing leds on things, its very distracting! Wasted Space - because of the design, there is a large, empty space on the right hand side of the power supply. While I like the horizontal design it feels much bigger than it should be. The extra space would be more welcome if you could actually do something with it. Its too small for 120mm fans, but it could have been at least been used for 2 92mm or 80mm fan vents. But there are no fan vents there unfortunately. Additionally the fan vent at the top of the case is oddly located and could have easily been 2 vents side by side. I guess someone with a little ingenuity and a good drill could modify the case, but its unfortunate that the potential for more airflow is there but wasted. The case is a bit of a conundrum. It works and it doesn't have bad airflow, but for a gaming case, there was certainly potential there for better airflow. It has no space for a 240mm water cooler, though the top of the case could have been used for that and unfortunately was not. I'm not water cooling so it worked for my application, but after seeing it and building it, I think there are better options in this price range.

Cant say enough good things other than I LOVE IT I have been building and modifying personal computers since day one. So I upgrade my son and myself every 2-3 years and also my network of buddies . This case has Looks,well built and relatively easy access to chambers for building and installing motherboard and fans. I used the smart RGB 700 watts regular power supply the MSI Pro Series Intel B250 micro motherboard (9x9)And a Cooler Master MasterLiquid Maker 92 witch is tall but this case is modular and you can lift the top like a car hood for ease access .No problems I must say I am an expert so super easy for me. But even a first time builder should figure this case out and have a full build under an hour. Fan is quiet and RGB COLOR DEPENDS ON MODEL. i slid in a small regular ATX motherboard (12x12) and I could make a build, but not for the newbies. windows have blue tint that with extra RGB light kits will look awesome. I installed the GTX 1070 gray Founders Edition no problem size wise. I don't think the 3 fan GPU'S will fit here. when I finish it I will upload pictures ,I am waiting on some custom fan grills to finalze it It is a very nice cube case,love the round legs. Note" If you a heavy gamer Over clocker this might not be the best choice due to Airflow design . but for savvy experienced builders no problem because the side panels can be modified. I recommend this for CPU's 90-100 watts like the 6700k,7700k or the new sheriff in town the I5 8600k As for the USB front ports and Audio they worked OK from first boot I loaded Windows 10 from a USB DVD external drive with no problems. I was updating MS dll's from a USB WIFI connected in front USB 3.So I had no problems with mine. Did I mention I bought a pair,1 black 1 white. have fun

I've built computers for the better part of 2 decades and can say that I enjoyed the experience of using this case. I had to switch to a non-modular design power supply due to the lack of space, but that wasn't a bother as I had one not being used. I would love to see more places to put SSDs as there is currently just one, but I made due. Having the ability to remove both sides is huge in mATX cases, but the fact that the top and front are nearly totally accessible due to a hinged case design is something I could do in all the other cases I've used! It truly made working with it fun :) I do wish the windows were clear instead of blue, but the blue hue does manage to show less of the scratches I've grown to expect on this type of panel so that's a plus I suppose. If you take your time and have some brains/imagination, then you'll have no problems that you can't overcome. Pros: - Small form-factor - Side panels, top panel, and front panel all removable - Top/front also on a hinge which allows easy access to everything - Great airflow due to mesh-type panels - Windowed panels on both sides! Cons: - Crappy included case fan that's too fat to fit in the extreme front - Very minimal amount of space next to the HDD cage where the PSU cables begin - Only a single spot for mounting SSDs - Blue colored windows rather than clear Bottom line here is that if you're looking for a case for a mATX/ITX build, then this is not only please to the eyes, but pleasing to the builder in relation to the process of building. I simply enjoy working in this case. The pros far outweigh the cons in this case, guys and gals! For $60 you can't go wrong!

So there's a number of things to be said about this case, but I'll start with the good. 1. Very easy to get open and access the board/CPU 2. Double acrylic side panels opens options for how to display this case 3. Asymmetrical overall build on a case that need not be adds character 4. Front panel allows for further expansion when other companies opt for pointless aesthetics 5. Included 140mm fan produces great front to back airflow 6. Top and bottom filters offer great circulation and further improved airflow 7. With a proper 2.5" bay below the expansion bays and two 3.5" drive bays, I've seen less options for storage in a system and this doesn't disappoint. Now there's some moderate issues with this case. Little naggles, things I'd have definitely liked to have, things that make replacing a couple things here or there a problem. Cable management is also severely limited on one side, but such is the mATX build. It's otherwise a 5 star case on a 4 star budget. 1. Cable management on the PCI side is non-existent. Your cables will be there for all to see no matter what. 2. The blue acrylic filter looks good on it's own, but limits a lot of what you might prefer for lighting. 3. An option for tempered glass would make me cry in joy if it were available, but this leads into #4 4. Gpu circulation is severely limited, (mATX after all) but the acrylic has good heat transfer so your mileage may vary 5. Bottom filter (psu basically) collects a LOT of dust. 6. Replacing top and front fans is a bit of a hassle but forgivable due to the very robust top and front filters. There's basically an inner & outer layer with a filter in between. 7. Referencing #6, the amount of light emitted by the case is definitely limited but I personally prefer the subtler approach to lighting at least as far as amount emitted since this PC is actually seated on my desk instead of below. Overall, this is a very amazing case on a budget with very interesting design choices that lead to something amazing for front to back and bottom to top airflow, temps are phenomenal considering how cramped mATX is (with a 400mhz CPU overclock & a 1080ti gpu). If you want a shorter affordable case with the CPU facing heaven, I couldn't imagine anything better.

PCケースを選定する時に私が求めたものは以下の通りです。 ・Micro-ATX対応であること ・マザーボードが水平配置であること ・300㎜以上の拡張カードに対応すること（ハイエンドVGAが搭載できること） ・5インチのオープンベイを備えること（光学ドライブが搭載できること） ・簡易水冷対応であること（120㎜ファンの増設ができること） ・フルメッシュでないこと（多少の静穏性があること） これらをすべて叶えるのがこのケースでした。 中身が見える事と独自の開閉機構によるメンテナンス性はオマケ程度に 考えていました。 要求的には問題なく満たしており、概ね満足しています。 ただ、残念な点もありました。主に2つです。 ・サイドパネルはクリアだがグラボを載せてしまうと グラボ以外のイルミネーションがあまり見えなくなってしまう ・電源スペースが狭く、160㎜以下のものでなければ搭載困難 イルミネーションはまぁちょっと残念くらいだったのですが 電源は買い替えを検討するか考えさせられるくらいタイトでした。 （オウルテックの660W電源を使用していましたが、160㎜でかなり厳しかったです）
